Top 5-Star Hotels in Casablanca

The hotel and service was great. But it's missing a couple items like a business center that the guest can use to print tickets instead of emailing the front desk (their printer was down). Also, if they don't want to put microwaves in the rooms, a community location on a few floors would be great so that we don't have to fight with room service to warm up food not purchased at the hotel.

I discourage using the Grand Mogador Casablanca. They do not have the amenities expected by travelers for a 5-star hotel. No casual restaurant, coffee bar, swimming pool nor lounge bar. If you want anything other than the expensive buffet, it has to be through room service or can order a small version of room service in the lobby sitting area. Although the rooms and lobby are very nice, it doesn’t make up for the lack of amenities. The most alarming part is that it is in a very run-down area of the city. This is not a walkable area for tourists and there is absolutely nothing close by. One of the ladies in our group got her water bottles confiscated by lobby security because you aren’t allowed to bring in any outside food or drink. There is no gift shop on the premises that sells water and snacks. She was able to retrieve it upon check-out. They couldn’t explain their reasoning for this policy! Head to the Corniche area. Much better for tourists.

I liked to credit Trip for offering a good value rate for this stay including breakfast We arrived early at the hotel and was told to wait 15 minutes for the room, reasonable request....the room was cleaned, well stocked with 2 complimentary bottles of water included. Bedding was comfortable.......my only beef was at breakfast....one of the coffee machine was not working causing long wait times....my spouse is a tea drinker and hot water at the dining station (hot water kettle) was not always available and requires refill......selections at the food stations are hits and misses....could improve in replenishing food.. an ok breakfast....btw, butter is a luxury in Morocco and not well stocked. I would consider staying again if the price is right

The most satisfactory hotel on this trip! Stayed for 3 nights, the room is a suite, there are two bathrooms, the decoration style is retro, I like it very much! The front desk staff were very enthusiastic and patient, and smiled and nodded at us every time they went in and out.

The room is very spacious. You can see the old city and mosque in the distance outside the window. It is very close to the train station, so it is very convenient to take a train from the entrance or go to other cities. There are some constructions around and it will be a bit noisy during the day. The hotel is I only ate in the restaurant once and came back late. However, the food was served so slowly that I almost fell asleep. Even though I was given two mojitos, it was still a bit underwhelming for this level.

Simple and clean hotel that is close to the main sights. Soundproofing of the windows from the Main Street is not as good so you might hear some noise at night. Staff was nice and the lobby is beautiful but service can be improved to make this a better experience. We asked if the hotel could help provide an umbrella as it was raining heavily but the reception simply replied that they did not provide umbrellas without offering alternative places to get one.

After playing for nearly two weeks in Morocco, I chose this hotel in Casablanca on the last night. I was very satisfied at the beginning: the rooms were well decorated, the rooms had welcome fruit trays, and the water and drinks in the mini bar were free. However, before going to sleep, I found that the door buckle of the balcony could not be snapped, and I immediately fell asleep. At that time, I was living on the second floor, and the large balcony was directly facing the road. There was no sense of security. I called the front desk and sent a T-shirt with the word ”technique” to the staff. It was troubled for at least half an hour and it was not repaired. It was more than 12 o'clock in the middle of the night, so the front desk changed a room for me. Balcony clips don't work, but it's on the 4th floor. I called the front desk and went to sleep. As a result, the technician at the front desk was sent to continue repairing ... I told you it was too sleepy. Forget it, the technician left. The front desk called again to help change the room. I really didn't want to toss! It was a perfect Ending, but it turned out so much, but think about it in Africa, after all, you can't ask for it so high!

The one next to the road is noisy, but the one next to the garden is very quiet. The hotel is very high-end, and there is nothing wrong with it except that it is expensive.

Hotel-style apartment, but without kitchenware, so the kitchen is of no practical use. In addition, there is no business center. If you need to print, you can send the information to the front desk, and the front desk will print it. There is no standard room, the big bed room is a big bed with two small beds joined together. Our two ladies asked for a standard room change. The front desk asked us to separate the beds. We could only have one set of bedding, which was embarrassing.
