The facility is well-kept and very clean. The owner, Nives, is kind and attentive; he furnished the rooms and common areas with care and taste! Everything is harmonious and beautiful to see and experience. Nothing is missing in the room: kettle, herbal teas, hairdryer, quality pads and make-up remover as well as soap and shower gel. The mattress and pillows are very comfortable. Opening the windows you can hear the sound of the stream, truly relaxing! Breakfast is plentiful and varied, the products are fresh and delicious! Truly a place to experience at least for a couple of nights!!

Amazing structure! Perfect room, pillows, high quality mattress, very comfortable!! room totally renovated with taste and quality materials we slept very well, in the silence and quite of nature pampered by the pleasant rustle of the stream that flows nearby Perfect room temperature total and deep cleaning in every corner of the room The bathroom was spectacular!!! ! The shower is a real experience, immediately hot water and a "SOFT" memory type shower tray while you take a shower it's like walking on fantastic clouds! We stayed three nights at this property. We are a couple with two children. The location is absolutely strategic.....it is located just a few minutes from all three lakes (Orta-Maggiore-Mergozzo). The room is spacious, very clean and well exposed with a small terrace outside in a very quiet town surrounded by splendid mountains. The environment is very well looked after in every little detail and is equipped with every comfort from the hairdryer, to the kettle in the room for herbal tea in the evening, to the possibility of using the microwave even during the day....then Mrs. Nives is extremely available and very attentive to the needs of adults and children. The breakfast is delicious, plentiful and genuine. I was pleasantly struck by a whole series of details.....first of all the furniture restored and made splendidly reusable in a harmonious and elegant context. I would recommend it and we can't wait to go back!!!!

Pleasant stay at Nives B&B. The location can be easily reached from Omegna or Gravellona. From there you can make many excursions - from the Borromean islands to Villa Taranto or Pallavicino. Lake Orta and Mergozzo also deserve attention. The landlady is very kind and thoughtful. The breakfasts are plentiful and qualitative. I also recommend the nearby Gattugno bowls club, for family dinners in the company of nice people.
