Clean hotel, friendly and professional staff.

Great locally owned hotel. Very clean , comfortable beds and an authentic resturant serving great quality food. Staff are really freindly and helpful. Plus the addition of the free return airport shuttle makes this hotel great for a short stay.

Perfect for over night stay if you have a plan to catch the next day. Also free shuttle service to airport.

The hotel is located in a quiet area, about a 15-minute drive from the airport. There are no supermarkets nearby. The restaurant below the hotel is open until 10pm and you can purchase drinks there. The breakfast is very satisfying, with bread, crackers, ham, cheese, jam, yogurt, etc. The staff were all very friendly.

I booked this hotel near Malpensa airport because my flight was early. It had a free airport shuttle service, which was nice, but I had to walk along a relatively busy road from the nearest station, and there was a restaurant on-site but it was closed, so there were no restaurants nearby, so I had to walk about 30 minutes down a busy road to get dinner, and there was no refrigerator in the room, which were negative points.

This hotel is rather shabby, there is no elevator, and the windows facing the road are not soundproofed. I couldn't sleep the whole night. I will not go there again. If you want to order, you can refer to it. It is not recommended.

I arrived after 11 o'clock, and the front desk had already gone off duty, but left the key and a note, which I was very satisfied with. The breakfast was OK, free airport transfer, proactive service, and the overall feeling was good.

Poor soundproofing of the rooms, too much noise from outside making it impossible to sleep at night. Ridiculous breakfast
