The rooms are spacious and bright, clean and tidy, with a sofa bed that opens up to a spacious and comfortable level. It can be used by an old and small family, and there is a parking lot, which is convenient for a family to take a rest and drive. It is a good experience!

Every hotel has their opportunities but in my book its all about how you handle those challenges. The staff here from the General Manager to hHousekeeping to the Front Desk should lead a training because they do it right. Hind, Alex, and Diamond were just a few of the people we interacted with over our 3 day stay and they were incredibly attentive, kind, and service focused. Everytime my husband and I walked in we were greeted. When the a/c wasn't working quite right they replaced the whole unit. When I became sick on the second day they went out if their way to make sure I had everything I need. This was the 4th hotel I stayed in during my road trip and hands down the best. I'm normally a Hilton loyal guest but after this stay I will definitely be considering a switch to IHG. If you're traveling to Casper and you need a place to stay, definitely consider this hotel. You won't be sorry!

We stayed in a '1 King Bed, 1 Bedroom Suite' and were extremely pleased when first entering our room. This room type is spacious and well appointed. A separate bedroom (with doors to close it off) is a nice feature, as is having two TVs. So many hotels have small TVs, but these seem to be 42 inches at least. The mattress was comfortable with plenty of nice pillows. There is also a kitchenette, a little dining table, a desk and a recliner in the bedroom and in the main room. Too much description? Having said what we liked about the suite, here are the negatives: - The bathroom is ridiculously tiny!! The bathtub/shower and the toilet are in a claustrophobic closet that barely fits those two fixtures. It's astoundingly poor architecture. The bedroom is plenty large enough to have taken a couple of feet from the room. - The lighting, as in most hotels, is severely lacking. Just put in some higher wattage bulbs, people! To me, saving the little electricity is hardly worth it. - The walls must be paper thin, and the windows also don't provide any soundproofing. Noise from the next door rooms, the hallway and parking lot mar the relative quiet that we hoped for. You can't hear much, if any, traffic noise from the street or from trucks on the Interstate. The sound seems to all originate in and around the hotel. Overall, this hotel is a decent value for what you get. But oh, that bathroom!!!!!

Overall, an excellent place to stay. We have pets and they have vastly improved the grass so you can properly walk them. The hotel itself has been remodeled which is huge considering the condition a couple years ago. The rooms are pretty nice. The shower had great.pressure but the bed left alot to be desired. When I inquired about that, was informed they are replacing them in stages. I certainly understand that. They aren't cheap. I would recommend asking if the mattress has been replaced on your potential room and if hadn't yet, request a room that it has been. You will thank me later. Breakfast is normal hotel staple. The dining area is very small and can get congested at times. Overall, decent. Staff is on point.

Upon arrival to the hotel, the front desk staff were efficient and accommodated my request to the top floor. The room has a sheet that states the executive floor rooms will receive a nightly snack. I called to the front desk to inquire and the lady had no idea what this was and wanted to send maintenance to see the paper. Of course I declined maintenance coming up. I’m in a room that does not face the pool and there is a lot of traffic noise. I use ear plugs when sleeping and kept the fan on. My room has a king bed and chair with ottoman. Coffee maker and fridge. Bathroom is clean. Toilet is very low and a challenge to me as I am very tall. Dinner last night was pork loin which was delicious; baked potato and salad with iceberg lettuce. I had a margarita which was a mix and not too good. The bartender definitely lacked professionalism and was not friendly. She needs a course on good customer service skills. Breakfast buffet was adequate with potatoes, eggs, sausage, pastries, cereal, waffles. The coffee was very good. This stay was booked for me. I’m not sure if I would stay here again.
