We were there for three nights as part of a longer tour covering Umbria and Tuscany. Our stay at the Villa was excellent. The hotel staff were polite and efficient. We had dinner in the restaurant which was lovely. The food and service were excellent. The views from the restaurant of the Tuscan landscape were outstanding. We did not take advantage of the spa or outdoor pool due to time constraints. We did use the fitness room which is located within the spa. There were all of the required machines that would allow you to maintain a good workout. The spa was very busy each time I visited the fitness room which would indicate that it's very good. The room we had was a good size and very comfortable. The bathroom was a good size, clean and contained all the necessities.

Villasanpaolo had it all! Hotel facilities were excellent, food/wine superb and the staff amazing. Oh and the views.. just perfect. We stayed for a week, and had a fabulous time. Location of the hotel was perfect for exploring Tuscany.. being less than an hour from Pisa, Florence ans Siena. The staff made us welcome from the outset, and nothing was too much.

Superb! We enjoyed a lot! Exceptional service - super friendly staff. Fabulous breakfast. The dinner was also great.. The massage was superb! The hotel is not cheap, but certainly worth it. The SPA is very relaxing. Hope to come back soon! :)

Beautiful Hotel with a stunning few and with very obliging staff. We made the mistake to book our “Bella Italia” honeymoon via an agency which sold us 2 weeks for 7k€ (self driven, just accommodation, no activities) but only booked us very basic hotels. In the city’s we visited before we were okay as we were there for the cultural activities and were looking forward to Villasanpaolo, which they sold us as relaxation oasis with pools and spa. When we arrived at villasanpaolo it turned out they also just booked the room but no spa package. When we let the staff know that we expected something else, they took care of it and really spoiled us. So we can only say thank you for saving our honeymoon experience. We would recommend to book via their website to know what you get and you should know that in May their general outdoor pool is not in service yet. So if you look for some relaxing days you should book the spa package.

A lovely stay at Villasanpaolo. Friendly and responsive staff, comfortable rooms, excellent bathroom, easy parking good food (WOW the breakfast buffet is incredible), and even a game room. We had two meals in the bar/lounge area. Just quiet, comfortable and relaxing - a welcome change to the packed tourist crowds. *Note - if arriving in Spring, the heat may still be on and can get quite warm in the room. Just request for the heat to be turned off. It is also a very high step into the bathtub - hold onto the handrails.

A really lovely and friendly hotel in Tuscany! The staff are amazing (and speak good English) , food excellent and the views out of the restaurant amazing. The electric charging point in the car park was really useful. A good base to be an hour from Pisa and Florence. The Spa was excellent too. Thank you to all the staff who made our stay amazing.
