We visited the hotel as a larger group during the low season in May. During this time, the location is very quiet, almost everything is closed (apartments, hotels, restaurants, ...). The room had a small balcony with a table, two chairs and a drying rack. The hotel was a starting point for exploring Apulia. We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. The rooms were good - not large, but clean. The only downside is the poor insulation, and you can hear noise. The staff is mostly friendly. The food was good. The only issue is the noise in the dining room when it's full (it echoes). Due to the temperatures, we didn't swim in the pool or the sea.

It was our first visit at this beautiful hotel in Italy. The purpose of the stay was business&leisure. Initially we choose it because of the perfect location and the possibility of visiting nearby landmarks. From the moment we arrived we were greeted with a warm welcome from the staff within the hotel. The rooms were clean, housekeeping always making sure every need was met. During our stay we discovered more than “a location”. We were deeply impressed from the excellent service and hospitality of the staff who were detailed-oriented. We greatly appreciated the effort they put in to make all guest comfortable and fell like at home. The restaurant service was also professional and excellent! Exquisite and diverse food! We had a wonderful time staying there, and we will definitely come again, and will also highly recommend the hotel to our friends and costumers. There are too many names to list for recognition, but we would like to special thanks to Grazia, Francesca and Camillo for their personal attitude, attention to the detail, organizational and management skills. Just returned from Puglia trip with a tourist group. We stayed at Ticho's hotel. No complaints. Personell was friendly, food was good (including local specialities) -both buffet and served. No swimming, but the coastal line is pretty, with nice beach bars playing italian golden era canzonas .

We made several stops in Puglia staying in 4 star hotels and this one disappointed. The room was renovated but with very cheap furniture ie opening/closing drawers was noisy. In fact when neighbors did, it sounded like they were moving furniture! AC not strong ie would not go below 26.5C and fridge as well. Toilet paper very rough and the small paper cups everywhere were a disappointed. I would have appreciated a real glass especially at breakfast. Lunch and dinner are served in the basement with little light (small windows), buffett style unless book premium package. Everything was an upcharge including parking, safe deposit key, towels, and extra lounger at beach. This was not the case at other 4 star hotels with larger, more comfortable rooms. Disappointed 😞

Me and my wife stayed at Ticho's GreenBlu for our honeymoon and had a fantastic time. Everybody working there was helpful and always smiling. The rooms were kept clean everyday. The pool was also cleaned daily. The people from the hotel went out of their way to surprise us with a special honeymoon dinner. Overall great place and we'll make sure to go back some day.

Great location and excellent facilities. This hotel met our requirements and we had a lovely time. We were the only UK guests but that didn’t impact on us as we have Italian relatives fairly close. The hotel caters for Italians and that is good as the food was consistently good. It may not suit everyone but the staff mostly spoke English. The hotel is right on the beach was excellent and good water quality. It is a very quiet location maybe a little remote for some. We loved it! What more could you wish for?

I really recommend this wonderful hotel ! Everything was amazing- the rooms, the food- very delicious, the staff- professional and very friendly attitude! The view of the room was amazing! We were so pleased with our holiday in this beautiful hotel!
