"Hostess Anna , just a beautiful woman 💜 Careful , will answer any questions and will help in everything . In the rooms clean , I was lucky to live in 2 rooms , one of which is two-storey . Breakfasts are delicious, you can take them to the beach later because I don't eat so much . There is a very beautiful beach at an hour of a hotel . To the beach of San Vito Lo Capo there is a bus all day except Sunday . Almost every hour . the area of the hotel is small , but very beautiful and well-designed . 👍"

"I made a reservation on June 24 through the official website. On July 15, I received an email claiming my card details were fraudulent and giving me 24 hours to update them — yet no option was provided to do so, and no one answered emails or phone calls during that window. When I finally reached someone, I was asked to send new credit card details by email, which is highly suspicious. Later, I was told my phone number and ID were also “invalid” and the booking was canceled. This is clearly a case of overbooking or internal mismanagement, dishonestly blamed on the customer. No trust, no professionalism, no hospitality. I do not recommend."
