It was the best experience in South Tyrol, beautiful hotel, staff, service!!! My family and I had a wonderful 4 days in this beautiful place, we liked absolutely everything, the food (breakfast and dinner) was fantastic, I would like to highlight the very delicious sweets at lunchtime (especially the strudel), also a very convenient private transfer directly to the ski lift and back. We will definitely come back here!

Excellent hotel overlooking the pretty town of Kastelruth. Spacious rooms and Spa second to none. Photos online don’t do it justice. The owners, always present at meal times, were kind, polite, and clearly very hands on in the running of the hotel which results in a faultless efficient structure.

We returned to this hotel after a gap of 2 years and the hotel is as good as we remembered it. The rooms are excellent as is the food and leisure facilities. The staff were very good and the menus were printed in English for us without being asked.

Just few key points to describe the experience : - one of the best value for money - relaxing and calm - super nice and available staff - food, food and… food ! A gem of the hotel is the spa : you have indoor and outdoor swimming pool as well as an outdoor super warm jacuzzi, with the view over Castelrotto . It fits either for couples or for families with children of all ages. The bus service offered by the hotel every 30min in the morning and in the afternoon (from 14h30) is perfect for skier as well as hiker to want to enjoy the snow and the mountain during the day. If you want to relax and disconnect from the everyday life and you are in between to choices, this hotel and the seiser alm is the perfect choice! ——-————-————-————-————-————-————-—— Sono necessarie solo poche parole per descrivere l'esperienza: - rapporto qualità-prezzo - rilassante, calmo e pulizia - personale super gentile e disponibile - cibo, cibo e... ancora cibo! Una chicca dell'hotel è il centro benessere: una piscina interna ed esterna e una idromassaggio all'aperto (con acqua super calda) con vista su Castelrotto. É una location adatta sia per coppie sia per famiglie con bambini di tutte le età. La navetta dell’hotel (servizio incluso) ogni 30 minuti al mattino e al pomeriggio (dalle 14:30) è perfetto per gli sciatori ed i camminatori che vogliono godersi la neve e la montagna durante il giorno. Se vuoi rilassarti e staccare dalla vita di tutti i giorni e sei indeciso, questo hotel e l'Alpe di Siusi è la scelta perfetta!

We arrived on a hot day in June an hour early to book in - no problem. We were given a tour of the hotel and shown to our room. It was beautiful with views over the mountains as we had requested. The food in the hotel was excellent with a very good breakfast and dinner, half board also included cakes in the afternoon. There was an indoor pool, a heated outdoor pool and a swimming pond. There was an underground garage for our motorcycle at no extra charge. The staff were friendly and helpful, even translating the menu each day without being asked. A very good hotel that we would be happy to return to.

Posizione stupenda sopra il paese di Castelrotto, prenotato in novembre due giorni e ci è stato detto subito di sì dove altrove ci veniva richiesta una intera settimana, titolari e personale gentilissimi, cibo particolare e sempre curato molto bene, buffet della colazione molto vario e da leccarsi le dita, piscina interna e Spa molto belle, piscina estera con idromassaggio da fare al tramonto da favola, camere e bagni molto curati, forse un po troppo caldo di notte. Grazie di cuore per averci regalato una fantastica vacanza. Ci torneremo di sicuro

È la secondo volta che ci torniamo perché siamo sempre stati molto bene e anche quest'anno è stato così. Posizione panoramica sopra Castelrotto con piscina esterna con vista sul paese . Servizio navetta da e per gli impianti . Cibo ottimo e personale gentilissimo . Spa con 2 piscine interne e quella esterna anche con idromassaggio, diverse saune ...insomma non manca nulla! Andateci e ne resterete soddisfatti!

L'hotel ha una bella struttura. Il centro wellness e SPA molto bello, direi ottimo. La colazione ricca e completa. Il buffet della cena molto ricco sebbene ripetitivo, ma penso non possa essere diversamente. Le cene ok, ma durante le quattro sere ho riscontato che lo chef aveva sicuramente più dimistichezza con i secondi piatti. I primi piatti sono sempre stati poveri di sapore, quasi indefinibili. Camera molto ampia e balcone molto ampio. Alla reception suggerisco maggior empatia considerando che la clientela è costituita anche da italiani. La nota molto negativa, e con esperienza in tantissime strutture, riguarda la comodità del letto e quindi buon sonno. Cuscini molto soffici pertanto scadenti, come anche il materasso. Considerando il livello dell'hotel, un investimento in questo senso andrebbe ponderato. Forse questa scomodità ha interessato solo la mia camera.

Posizione meravigliosa con vista sulla vallata da una parte e sui monti dall’altra. Cucina buona con ottimo buffet con vasta scelta. Zona piscine e relax eccellente. Piscina a sfioro stupenda. Unico neo un po’ troppo caldo nelle camere anche con termosifoni spenti. Però consigliatissimo.
