Janus Hotel

The hotel prides itself on being 4 stars, but it isn't. Never seen a 4-star that does not set the breakfast table, to which you have to ask for the sweetener sachet (otherwise they will steal them), with a skimpy cake cut into very small cubes. The assigned room was unlivable: not even a place to hang beach towels and swimsuits. Upon request, we were provided with a clothesline placed in an unsheltered common area so that one greenhouse fell due to the wind, another got soaked with rain ... The other room was unlivable due to the smell of mold and at the reception we it has been said: we know…. Fortunately, thanks to a very nice person, paying a premium, our friends were able to change rooms. The restaurant and swimming pool that the hotel declares are not on site, but it is necessary to make a few meters on the road. Not bad, but I don't find it correct. Four definitely undeserved stars.

As a couple and with another friendly couple, we had a comfortable stay but with some small shortcomings. The most important, given the heat, an unbalanced air conditioning service. Room suitable for a couple and equipped with every minimum comfort. The very central location allows for a mini shopping in the immediate surroundings and similarly offers a good range of restaurants. The car park that is located in the basement of the hotel is decided by skilled drivers (be careful to identify it and above all to enter it as the entrance is very inaccessible). Buffet breakfast with reduced but fresh choice.

Hotel in ottima posizione con camere molto grandi con che un piccolo terrazzo, ma i lati positivi finisco qua. Un falso hotel 4 stelle che non ha un bar interno, che usa la piscina di un altro hotel (assurdo dover uscire in strada in mezzo al traffico e camminare per andare in piscina anche se per 50 metri), in hanno nemmeno un set di cortesia con bollitore e qualche bustina di the o caffè per sopperire alla gravissima mancanza, per fortuna il ristorante dell’altro hotel che utilizzano è fantastico. Colazione veramente pessima con tutti prodotti industriali e nemmeno uno del luogo o artigianale, cappuccino da macchina automatica che fa praticamente acqua invece di latte e bevande calde ugualmente pessime. Scelta praticamente inesistente se non un po’ di salame e prosciutto scadentissimi, uova sode a volte nemmeno ben cotte,parte dolce come detto con torte da discount e briosche decongelate con dispenser per poterle riempire con vari gusti ma oltre ad essere dolci in modo imbarazzante hanno tutti il tipico sapore di alimento chimico. Sicurezza ai minimi livelli in quanto dal garage (15 euro al giorno per un posto auto che crea non poche difficoltà nel parcheggio quando è pieno, essendo veramente striminzito) che è sempre aperto a tutti,si accede direttamente all’ascensore che porta alle camere senza controllo alcuno il che ci ha fatto sentire non poco insicuri durante tutto il soggiorno. Stanza non insonorizzata che dà sulla strada principale,quindi trafficatissima già dalle prime ore del mattino e che quindi non dà la minima possibilità di riposare.Ciliegina sulla torta scopriamo che se desideri farti una doccia dopo le 01.00 di mattina, perché sei andato fuori e con il freddo volevi un po’ scaldarti, l’acqua viene raffreddata (abbiamo verificato con altre due coppie che occupavano due stanze in due piani diversi) in modo da risparmiare sull’acqua calda nonostante si sia pagato per un servizio completo. In sintesi direi che c’è molto meglio ad un prezzo più conveniente, ma se volete mangiare bene al ristorante fofo’ andrete sul sicuro mentre per l’hotel evitatelo

El ruido es insoportable. No se puede dormir en las habitaciones. Se lo comuniqué al hotel, ya que nuestra estancia sería de 10 días y no me dieron ninguna solución, de hecho no me dijeron nada. La tapa del inodoro roto, teníamos que estar pidiendo papel higiénico, la habitación sucia (adjunto fotos). De verdad que una vergüenza!! Pero lo peor fue la falta de atención y el trato recibido
