Hotel Residence la Baia

English: We took advantage of a package from a travel agency for New Year's Eve 2025, from dinner on December 30th to breakfast on January 1st 2025. The welcome immediately seemed rushed. They assigned us an apartment in the residence whose location was quite difficult to reach (stairs, insufficient lighting). The apartment was very large but without any comfort, very cold, heated with a split at the entrance and with a small heater requested by the couple of friends who had preceded us, who had been given the same treatment. In this regard, we recall that at the time of booking we had been offered a hotel room and certainly not an apartment. The bed with worn flowered sheets like not even in the worst dormitories; the cleaning the next day had not been done, among other things discovered by chance when returning for lunch and carried out upon insistent request. As regards food, we had to endure a real ignominy. Food and condiments already prepared and at the time of service reheated and served as best as possible, not to mention the queues we had to endure for dessert or fruit at the end of the "meal". The so-called "big dinner" was then the worthy culmination of despicability. Ravioli with a little sauce already plated, overcooked rice with invisible seafood, ince served with a serving dish that did not include a change of dish!!! As for the second courses, the so-called "white" wild boar served in small cubes that tasted like the worst stews, with inedible potatoes from days before; overcooked prawns served like the rice previously that did not include any change of dish, the vegetables served on a small plastic plate placed or rather thrown on top of the bread basket!!! And last but not least, pieces of panettone and pandoro with the joy of yet another queue!!! As well as a bottle of sparkling wine with four paper cups!!! Really not recommended!

Unfortunately I didn't feel good, the room was clean but smelled like mold. Overnight stay with full board, the food was bad, low quality dishes. Staff not very friendly, not all of them though. Not very attentive to the cleanliness of the common areas. I should have taken photos.

location with a beautiful view and excellent restaurant staff (despite the "cheap supermarket" breakfast products), with the super engaging entertainer Gianky. unfortunately, however, the wi-fi does not work, the shuttle to the beach of Lu Bagnu (not recommended) out of service for maintenance, the TV in the room does not work, the fridge in the room does not work, the extra bed for a child is very uncomfortable (folding camp bed with a thin mattress). Furthermore, and without any warning, the elevator is systematically closed at 11 pm and you have to access the rooms by going up a very long and steep staircase that leaves you "breathless". furthermore, despite the fact that the person in charge of turning off the elevator had been asked to leave it efficient to allow access to a lady with back problems, the very rude operator refused to extend this service by a few minutes. the swimming pools in the structure are beautiful but the closest beaches (worthy of Sardinia) are a 30/40 minute drive from the hotel... in Badesi. we will not return.

Excellent dinner, from the appetizer to the Sardinian gnocchetti, to then finish with the porceddu. Also good house wine. Attentive, friendly and prepared staff. What can I say, found on Google by chance, if you want a typical Sardinian dinner to book we will definitely return.

Beautiful structure, spacious rooms, the food is not that I expected anything special but to serve the same dish for lunch and dinner with the difference of a spoonful of tomato seems exaggerated to me, not to mention the service in the room, the friendliness is not lacking but in terms of professionalism we are in a terrible situation, you pay for the miniclub that does not exist, or at least they do not even remotely know what it is..... dirty pool.... Fairly clean rooms and friendly polite staff.... I do not recommend it to anyone.....

Excellent hotel. The cost is fully satisfying. You eat well and in addition to the beach it has two swimming pools, a small one on the top and a splendid one on the bottom. Kind and welcoming staff. So much so that in a few days I will be their guest again... highly recommended
