Classico business hotel categoria quattro stelle. Location comoda da raggiungere e con ampio parcheggio gratuito (c'è anche il garage al chiuso dell'hotel). Abbiamo pernottato in una delle due suite presenti nella struttura. Pur non essendo tecnicamente una suite la camera è ampia e pulita, bagno non finestrato, arredi sobri e funzionali, impianto luci discutibile, difficoltà nella gestione del climatizzatore, leggermente rumoroso anche con il totale spegnimento dell'impianto clima. Colazione buona anche se non con tanta scelta tra dolce e salato. Il personale è gentile e disponibile alla risoluzione delle richieste. Può essere una valida alternativa per scelta di hotel in zona.

We was very disappointed with our stay in desenzano for our honeymoon. We stayed in malchesine for 3 nights and venice for 3 nights. And to end our trip decided to stay here as it was close to a lakefront for swimming. We thought we had safely researched everything down to having to pay for chairs and umbrellas which was fine. On arrival we checked in early which was great. Our room was one of the more dated ones on the first floor. With wallpaper pealing back in places and only one pillow each. But that was OK as we are not very fussy. What we found very disappointing was the bar next door with ridiculously loud music every night. On 2 nights they had a dj which was so loud we struggled to sleep even with the shutters closed. Staff was friendly but the air con broke for 2 nights and toke to long to fix. Was 35 degrees outside felt hotter in the room at times. Breakfast was OK as long as you got down early, wasn't replenished enough. If you came down for 9.30 not alot left. Road was very busy and alot of police everywhere which wasn't the case on the rest of our trip in other hotels. We tried to find somewhere else to.stay but sadly was to late. So we decided to try to sleep there and head into other parts of the lake like sirmione and day trips into verona. I've never left a bad review for anything before. But felt very let down by the noise of the lido bar which was meant to finish at 12am but some nights went on alot longer which left us unable to enjoy the balcony we paid for in peace! We stayed in a 2 star hotel in malchesine which was by far better then this hotel ( which is meant to be 3 star) with a nice balcony and ratten furniture to relax and enjoy the views. We was so disappointed by this honestly they shoukd make it clear there is loud music throughout the night with alot of people abit worse for wear by the end of.the night. As this suits some but not us. We planned on bringing the children next year as gardaland etc is close by. Only positive is I now know not to. If you want nightlife it's perfect for you. If not give it a miss. Much better parts if desenzano to stay in

We absolutely loved this beautiful hotel. Right at the side of the lake, everything was perfect and the atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming with outstanding views and facilities. Beds, service, food and dining, atmosphere all just perfect.

Last min, family trip for 4 nights at this lovely hotel located in Lake Garda. Private gated parking, gated hotel which made us feel secure. Welcomed by lovely friendly staff at reception with a swift check in. Room was basic but clean and had all amenities you could need. Sofa bed in living room, 1 double bed room (comfortable beds), kitchen and dinning room with utensils, cutlery, plates, glasses pans etc... shower room with extra large soft towels for all the family and terrace - being located on the ground floor pool side was a bonus for our family. The pool was well kept, clean, comfortable sunbed, parasols with a life guard (7am to 7pm) with pool towels provided by the hotel this was a great addition for our family. Our booking included breakfast, this was basic but fresh and you were well looked after but the staff, with fresh fruit, pasties, breads, yogurts, jams, cereals, meats, cheeses. They serves sausages and eggs for the hot choice. With coffee, fruit juices and water available too. The bar staff were very friendly and helpful, prices were very reasonable. We ordered pizza and burger to the room 1 night and this was extremely reasonable and tasty 😋. Hotel location is fantastic. 2min walk to gelato and bar 6min walk to lake 6min walk to multiple restaurants/bars 10-15min drive to train station 60min drive to airport Thank you for a wonderful stay, all. Hotel sanitation is very good, breakfast is good

Overall, my experience at the hotel was a bit mixed. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which definitely added to the overall positive vibe of the property. However, I couldn't help but notice that the hotel was poorly maintained, which was a bit disappointing given the size of the facility. It was clear that the hotel catered to large events such as conventions and weddings, as the property was quite expansive. The decor was a bit confusing, with a mishmash of palace frescos and modern art that didn't quite seem to mesh well together. It left me feeling a bit sad, as I could see the potential for a truly magnificent hotel experience if the interior was updated and refreshed. Despite the tired interior, the hotel was clean and well-kept. Dinner at the hotel was tasty and satisfying, and breakfast was generous and delicious. Overall, while there were some downsides to the hotel, the friendly staff and good food made up for it to an extent. With some renovations and updates, this hotel could truly be a standout destination for travelers.
