Very characteristic hotel with rooms within a small area (“borgo ebraico”) in Castiglione. In general I liked this place; I was ready for somewhat old room and small bathrooms, but it is part of the experience. What bothered me a bit is that Wifi is available only in the reception and not in the rooms. Moreover, the level of cleanliness can be improved (lots of dust). As said, with all its pros and cons it was good overall.

My stay in this hotel in Sicily was absolutely unforgettable. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with genuine warmth and professionalism. The staff went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect, always smiling and ready to help. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable, with a stunning view that truly captured the magic of Sicily. Waking up to the fresh air and peaceful atmosphere was a dream. The location is ideal, close to key attractions while still offering a calm and relaxing environment. Breakfast was exceptional, featuring fresh local products and a great variety of delicious options. You can really feel the authentic Sicilian touch in everything they offer. This hotel is not just a place to stay, it’s an experience. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy Sicily in comfort, style, and true hospitality. I will definitely come back.

An unforgettable stay in an inspiring place. Everything here is charming. Staff is tirelessly eager to fulfill any of your desires. The owner is a very friendly and helpful person, very professional. The borgo is peaceful and relaxing. You will learn a lot about local life. A true journey into the Sicilian soul.

Lack of information Unfortunately we didn’t get any check in instructions, so we had to call them to send a guy to check us in. He didn’t speak a word of english, so the information was rather lacking. He tried, via google translate to tell us he would clean the rooms.. but in the end we had to ask for it… that ment ‘making our beds’ but not cleaning the floor or taking out the trash or restocking toiletpaper, etc. Also the shower cabin was so small, thet it would only fit a child. Also we had to call in the morning to find out where they served breakfast, etc… All in all extremely poor information. We also never saw any staff in the reception area. The b&b itself had a lot of potential, but unfortunately it fell through because of the lack of information:(
