For seven wonderful days, I systematically forgot my phone and watch in my room. The former wouldn't have served me 24/7 like at home, the latter wouldn't have known what to do with it since I didn't need to run anywhere. I even forgot where I parked. Now, it's not like they serve fried lotus at the Promenade, it's just that you regain your time. And you enjoy it, all of it. It takes less than 200 steps to get under the umbrella. The beach is spotless, the sea the same, but the real strength of the Promenade is the staff. Simply exceptional, always available, always polite, always efficient, it was the added value of the holiday. It is a perfect hotel for a family holiday, with a special focus on children, from the menu to the miniclub. Indeed, special mention to the miniclub, managed by Moloco, also here, 5 stars - indeed, "2000 hands raised to the sky ...". Another important detail, the kitchen, at the Promenade you eat really well, both the variety and the quality of the offer are very good, but we also appreciated the freshness and silence of the rooms, and we obviously recommend the spectacular sea view rooms. So, what are you still reading, go and enjoy it, I'm sure that when you leave the hotel you will feel a bit of melancholy too ... A hotel to absolutely try again next summer.

Abbiamo soggiornato all’Hotel Promenade di Montesilvano dall’11 al 14 maggio in occasione di un evento sportivo. Purtroppo, l’esperienza non è stata all’altezza delle aspettative né della classificazione “quattro stelle superior” che la struttura dichiara. Le camere presentano numerose criticità: arredamento datato, letti sfondati, assoluta mancanza di insonorizzazione (si sente tutto da stanza a stanza), balconi scrostati e, nel nostro caso, anche la chiusura della doccia era rotta. La struttura nel complesso è molto vecchia e necessiterebbe di un intervento di ristrutturazione completo e urgente. Anche il personale alla reception dovrebbe mostrarsi più cordiale e disponibile: un sorriso in più non guasterebbe. Unico punto a favore: la posizione sul mare, davvero bella e comoda. In conclusione, al momento questa struttura non merita affatto la classificazione di 4 stelle superior.

Oggi sono stata davvero bene.Ospite di una Prima Comunione,devo dire che dall' inizio alla fine,ho apprezzato il servizio cortese e sempre attento durante il pranzo.Gli antipasti di pesce,freddi e caldi,davvero fini al palato; il pesce quand'è fresco ,come se non lo senti!! Del primo,per forza il bis; una chitarrina delicatissima!! E la frittura?? Quant'era buona!! Frutta e Dessert hanno chiuso le portate in maniera sublime! La mille foglie,davvero buona! Complimenti!Ambiente pulito,vista mare rilassante e cura nei minimi dettagli da parte dello staff.

Siamo Appena arrivati e già non ci siamo...andando in un hotel ci si aspetta di avere il parcheggio a pagamento o gratuito che sia dell'hotel stesso ed invece arrivati la signora ci dice che il parcheggio andava prenotato e che non c'è più disponibilità (se magari qualcuno l'avesse detto???) abbiamo dovuto parcheggiare distante e non abbiamo nemmeno ricevuto la cortesia di farci accomodare nel parcheggio solo per lo scarico dei bagagli

Abbiamo soggiornato all’Hotel Promenade di Montesilvano dall’11 al 14 maggio in occasione del Campionato Nazionale Studentesco di Scacchi. Preciso che, trattandosi di un soggiorno organizzato, non abbiamo potuto scegliere il menù del ristorante, motivo per cui mi riservo di dare un giudizio pieno sulla cucina. Tuttavia, per un hotel classificato come 4 stelle superior, mi ha sorpreso negativamente l’assenza totale di alternative al menù fisso, né tantomeno un menù dedicato ai bambini: si doveva mangiare quanto concordato, senza alcuna flessibilità. La hall e la sala ristorante si presentano bene, in fase di ristrutturazione e piuttosto curate. Purtroppo, lo stesso non si può dire delle camere: vecchie, con arredi datati, maleodoranti e assolutamente non all’altezza di una struttura a 4 stelle superior. I letti erano scomodi, con materassi sfondati, e l’intera esperienza in camera è stata negativa. Sembra che da decenni non siano stati fatti interventi significativi. Nel complesso, il soggiorno è stato deludente. L’hotel necessita urgentemente di una completa ristrutturazione delle stanze per essere allineato alla categoria che dichiara.

Ultimamente non sto rilasciando recensioni ma il Promenade se la merita tutta perché da loro mi sono trovato veramente bene. Ambiente tranquillo, camera pulita e spaziosa, personale di una gentilezza squisita, dalla ragazza alla reception all’addetto al ristorante e tutti gli altri. Ho apprezzato particolarmente la colazione dove non ho dovuto usare quegli odiosi distributori automatici ma cappuccino preparato direttamente dalla signora al bancone. E’ disponibile una gran varietà di dolci ed eventualmente per chi gradisce è disponibile la colazione all’inglese. A cena ha gustato le loro ottime bruschette miste e un primo piatto buono ed abbondante. Grazie di tutto, tornerò sicuramente.
