Location is extremely good closed to Cardiff station. Room is big. Clean bed. Restaurant looks good. Is one of good choice to stay in Cardiff.

Great location. Easy to check in and out. Gym area not the best but really couldn’t knock the place.

Decent hotel, centrally located close to the train station making it a very convenient place to stay. Staff very welcoming and took into account my special request and booked me a quiet room which was appreciated. Breakfast, nothing special, just like any other hotel breakfast in the uk. Good views at the breakfast area, staff on hand to help and often going out of their way to help. Service was 10/10. Rooms themselves felt a little old and could do with a touch up but comfy enough for a short stay! Coffee machine too!

Excellent location. Room was ok but floor a bit dusty. Comfortable beds disappointed there were no bathrobes or slippers. I would normally expect this in a deluxe room

First time stayed at this hotel and will do so again. The hotel is beautiful inside and the staff are attentive, helpful and quite charming. The only downside to me was a constant droning in my room. I didn't mention this as I was only staying one night

Cant open the window and the air condition is veery noisy, more on night trying to sleep, seems a bit like run down like walls with extrange painting fixures... Also the toilet sink extremely noisy while draining water. On the other hand, very good location, comfy bed, good breakfast and good staff!

Booked room with walk in shower and large bed. First room had interconnecting door shower over bath and double bed. Second offer of a room was a disabled room still with just double bed. Then found out that all rooms only have double bed with shower over bath. Staff were very helpful but didn’t tell us upfront so we wasted a lot of time. In fact we didn’t have enough time to eat before we had to leave for our event. So finally we had to have a snack at 11:30 when we returned. Even then we had to go out to get it as room service is only available via an app

The staffs were very nice and helpful specially Gina and Maria. Convenient location, near train and bus station and at the city centre.

Excellent service, and the room was spotless. The location is incredibly convenient for getting around and very close to tourist attractions. We really appreciated having a kettle provided.

Generally all the services were good; but it’s still a bit disappointed that even slippers were not available in the room. Hope that could be improved in the next stay.
