Like the consistently good service I received, staff are lovely. Dont like that you only get 2 sachets of coffee in the room, I always need to ask for more.

Staff Reception and Management were all fantastic! Our stay was at a time just after the major storm but nothing was too much. I had flown in from Portugal but the stories I heard from local people who the hotel had looked after during this awful time was amazing. Well done The Ellison. I had an amazing stay with my husband and will be booking again soon! Message to Chef! Your Angus Steak was Incredible and Cooked to Perfection ! Wow
