Premier Inn Castleford (Xscape, M62 J32)

Amazing spacious room, staff lovely and breakfast had loads of options for food. Great place to stay with family and friends.Didn’t have dinner here but food options looked lovely and not to pricey as well as being able to make a deal of 2-course dinner with an all you can eat breakfast.

Stayed here for work purposes all the staff are great and nothing is too much trouble credit to Louise Esha and Christine on Friday morning they anre. are an absolute pleasure, will 100% be returning to this hotelwhen next in castleford Thank you so much for everything

Booked for 2 nights, & chose to eat in the restaurant, Terri was our host and was fantastic. She was extremely engaging with our son Axel, knowing full well how fussy young children can be with food. She was an absolute credit to the company. We ended up booking breakfast as well. Having worked for a number of years as a waiter, I know how challenging this job can be, but Terri was affable, professional and a welcome change from the al too common uninterested team members that a lot of companies now employ. I should also say, the lady on Reception, who's name I didn't get, Thursday 29th May was excellent, very efficient and helpful with us. Highly recommend.
