After 20 minutes of waiting we were taken care of very coldly as if we were not welcome. This is a perfectly situated hotel in the centre of Castres. The directions we were given, in advance, for parking were spot on, with the secure, covered car park being literally around the corner from the hotel. The owners and their team are very welcoming and friendly. Our room was on the second floor and the owner carried all our bags up for us! The room had a Medieval theme and was spacious and comfortable with a large comfortable bed. The bathroom had tub and shower and was spotlessly clean. Also had a make up/shaving mirror. The bar was very cosy with interesting decor and very comfy tub chairs. We enjoyed our drinks which were reasonably priced. The owners took the time to stop and chat to us which was nice. I understand dinner is also available although we did not eat in the hotel as we had already committed to dining elsewhere in Castres. Breakfast was very good with excellent coffee and a good choice of cereals, bread, boiled eggs, toast, cold meat, cheese, yoghurt, fruit and juices. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others. .

We spent 2 nights in double room. It was quite pleasant, the room was clean, comfortable litter. The environment was quiet despite a commercial location, the hotel is a little away. The hotel was very comfortable and the staff were very helpful.
