"This hotel is located in a convenient part of Cat ba island. There are restaurants nearby and the staff are nice and able to speak English. For the price you have a relatively clean room with a wet room shower. The amenities are very bare - the shower gel and soap come in packets, no water is provided. The room locking is done from the inside which is also a bit unusual. Noise levels are an issue in the evening as the windows are incredibly thin as well as being frosted so you won't be able to see outside. The bathroom ceiling height is quite low with the vent basically a slit in the wall which lets in smells from outside - mainly people who are smoking below. Overall it's an alright budget friendly alternative to a hostel although I wouldn't stay here again"

"A two-room room on the 4th floor with kitchen, balcony and 2 bathrooms. The room is good but somewhere repair and cleaning is needed. Our bathroom was a jacuzzi to get in to take a shower. Very uncomfortable. The dishes in the kitchen are small, the cups are very small. Only the teapot and the sink that needs to be cleaned in the kitchen. The sponge is old, requires replacement. In the refrigerator smells bad, and it works bad, practically does not cool. The location of the hotel is good, the area is quiet, near the lake. Cafes are in step availability. The hotel has ordered a tour in Langu. Tour from 8 to 17. The cost of 600,000 dong per person. The bus to Nin Bin has booked here. The cost of 350,000 dong. Because of the typhoon, we settled in the hotel for a day later, and although the hotel booking is not returnable, we have compensated for this day. Staff is friendly."

"Nice hotel. Quiet, calm. Good location. Very nice staff, ready to help with your questions with a smile. The manager helped with tickets for buses and excursions. And free breakfast. You can choose one dish and one drink from the menu. A few things that made me take off one star: 1) only one towel. And they didn't bring a new one on the second day. It's not convenient with one towel, especially if the hotel is on the coast 2) inconvenient sockets. Even local plugs don't always fit. I had to turn one off to turn on the other 3) our air conditioner didn't work. But they offered to change the room. We decided to stay in the old one and used the fan I recommend this hotel"

"It was a pleasant surprise that the owner spoke some Chinese. Our room was wonderfully spacious, bright, and had excellent ventilation. Honestly, for the price – and with breakfast included – this has been the best value we've found in our two weeks traveling through Vietnam. My partner and I ended up staying for two nights."

"Basically beautiful Hotel and nice location. 3 buildings are connected with bridges and everywhere instagrammable spots. It can be confusing to find at the beginning the right restaurant or event at the 3 beaches or restaurants. The service in the restaurant in cat 2 17th Etage need to improve. First time i was sitting outside at the balcony. the staff saw me but nobody served me. Another day i went at the same restaurant first at the reception and told them i wanna order. I got an tablet with the menu and thats it. Me and another tablet were looking around to get service but again no one came after 12 min i left the restaurant and had dinner in the city. The pool bars are closed in 2 buildings and at building no. 2 there are only beer water and some lemon juice available. To get an coconut i had to go up to the 17th floor."

"Muy recomendable!! Un BuenoBonitoBarato en la isla de Cat Ba. Según lo que hemos conocido es difícil encontrar algo así en Vietnam!!! Gem, la dueña, es súper hospitalaria, siempre con una sonrisa. Desde el día de la reserva se puso en contacto con nosotros para saber la hora de llegada y si necesitábamos algo (incluso nos ofreció transporte que nos recogería en nuestro hotel anterior en Ha Long y nos dejarían en la puerta del Napoli). Lo tiene todo preparado para que puedas organizar el viaje desde su ”centro de mando”: alquiler de motos, servicio de lavandería, diferentes tours por la isla y desayuno con diferentes menús, todos acompañados de bebidas y fruta. También el viaje para ir a tu próximo destino... Todo a buen precio Las habitaciones son como en las fotos, y la ropa de cama y toallas están limpias. Hay amenities básicas, así como café, té y agua. Hay nevera, y agua caliente. Si volvemos a Cat Ba, volveremos al Napoli!!"

"Excellent hotel. It is a little away from the center but you can rent a motorcycle or make taxis easy. You can book excursions with them directly. The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable. Very friendly all staff."
