"The hotel is quite clean as a whole and has a small transparent balcony. But there are almost no surrounding facilities and restaurants, and it is close to the university. Uber has basically no service in this area, and you have to find the front desk for a taxi. They will be a bit expensive. The restaurant in the hotel is OK, and the charge is normal."

"Great hotel, great staff, great location directly on the sea. They probably have one of the best breakfasts you could find in Italy. The only sore point is the restaurant. It's excellent but the portions leave something to be desired (and those who go to the south want to eat well and abundantly). In general I can only give an extremely positive rating to the structure and recommend this choice to everyone."

"We just finished a 5 day stay at the Palace Hotel. We stay here every time we are in Catanzaro Lido (about 6 times now). As always, it is a great place to stay. The rooms and common areas are very well maintained and decorated. However, it is the staff that truly sets the Palace Hotel apart. From the front desk to the dining room staff in the morning at breakfast, they are always professional and cheerful. They are a pleasure to be around. While all are excellent, two staff stood out this time. Marika at the front desk assisted with some issues we had with smiles and good humor! Antonio kept us in wine in the front veranda every night with a smile and many treats!"

The staff were exceptionally kind and served excellent breakfasts with a wide selection to suit every dietary need, all of top quality (including homemade jams, delicious grissini and taralli, fresh fruit, perfectly cooked eggs, excellent croissants and more). Impeccably clean throughout..Good prices."
