I absolutely love the fact i was able to stay here with my medical rate. The Staff was professional. Checked in, was able to extend, and checked out with a Come back and see us from Jenn who was working the desk. She held the door for me to enter as i checked in and as i departed she said thank you for your loyalty staying with us. She made my day with her generosity.

Value for the cost is outstanding! I truly would have expected to pay double the cost for the quality. The staff are very professional and pleasant. Late check-in (12 am) was easy. The staff member responded within a few seconds, and was ready to assist, unlike the sleepy night personnel, who appear to have been awoken and are very slow to respond at many other hotels I have stayed in. The room, amenities and overall facility are extremely clean. The room was large and the in room kitchenette had full size appliances and ample counter space for meal preparation. I was very impressed overall and would definitely recommend.

Disappointed with refund policy
I am a travel nurse that has stayed repeatedly at WoodSpring suites. I have yet to have any of my incidental charges refunded to me. I have talked to the hotel and to company help line. I will have to despite the charges on my credit card if I can’t get my money back.

New hotel
Very nice hotel. New building. No coffee maker in room. No blow dryer in room. Mini kitchen and big refridgerator. I could hear someone stopping around on floor above me at 4am. Ignorant people. I walk softly if i get up at night.

The problem was the room had yet to be cleaned when we checked in but the staff cleaned it within 20 minutes of our arrival. Had it not been so late, around 10:30, so it was a bit of a pain staying out of our room at the time.

I liked the cleanliness. I did not care for the thin walls, I could hear surrounding rooms and felt the bed hitting the wall next to me. The bed frame seemed a little unsturdy. But overall I enjoyed my stay.
