Found the front staff to be very inexperienced. Got a room that was occupied. Front desk had no idea what rooms were cleaned and ready for occupancy. Front desk had little knowledge of restaurants in the area. Front door locked early. Only had coffee for guests in morning, no muffins etc. For price amenities very limited compared to similar hotels. Hotel has expensive pet fees.

Smelled like ********* smell smoke on non smoking floor and floors wasnt really cleaned and only one towel per guest for the and i wont be stayed at any properties that you will advertise online because your pictures online tdont represent the rooms or properties

Outside of my room key continuously deactivating by itself ... I didn't have any other issues. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Room smelled of cigarette smoking. I was told by the clerk if I smoked or had a party I would be kicked out. By the time I cleaned and tried to fresh up room, entering glass doors were damaged. My husband and I returned to hotel only to see another damaged glass door and outside "business" performed-drugs and solicitation. This is not the hotel for me and mine.

Facility was Good. Had good conveniences. Parking was not great. And Front Desk Staff was rude & unfriendly. Also recipient area was not acce by customers, a CLOSED AREA. Customers had to talk through a closed window. Was this Due to a Safety issue in the Area
