We stayed 2 nights with our daughter with a smartbox. The box gave, by contract (in hand), two nights with breakfasts and 1 tasting menu dinner (never done, only à la carte menu - with written prices - with a few proposals including a chicken breast with potatoes which my mother-in-law would know how to do better The tasting menus are different! I recommend reviewing the offer if you are not able to offer TASTING). We didn't see the much renowned starred chef, at all. Breakfast was excellent though. But you don't need a chef in this case, at my house I eat like this every morning, apart from the quantities. The box gave, again by contract, free access to the SPA, but they ONLY offered us half an hour of private spa. After 10 minutes we ran away from the pool because it was full of bleach. Not chlorine, but bleach! The room was not made up, after we had been told at the reception that they would make it up the first morning. In short, I recommend more collaboration between the reception and the staff because there is a lot of confusion and above all I recommend respecting the contracts with the smartboxes sold. The structure is worth it, even the cleanliness is ok. But it is not a 4 star, neither for the cuisine nor for the services. More loyalty would have been welcome. Review from someone who has worked in a starred hotel in London and knows how much the stars are worth, not just on the sign.
