Carmel Cumbuco Resort ★★★★★
"We had an excellent stay. Great service, beautiful beach club- really nice. Room is functional and great views of ocean/beach. Breakfast was fresh and good. Lovely ambiance. Nice check in amenities and a beautiful cake in room for anniversary. Top stay."
La Suite Praia Hotel ★★★
"Bom hotel"
Mana Cumbuco Hotel ★★★★★
"I was accompanying a group of architects from 12 to 15 May. Hotel is just wonderful. Rooms, common areas, restaurant, nothing to say negative. But the main thing was the support we had from Fabricio Roncalio during this period, extremely efficient, gentle, performing, always looking for the best solutions and making everything possible to ensure that all our requests were met. I certainly want to take other groups to this hotel."
Xainã Pousada de Charme ★★★
"It was a fantastic experience, a very smelling room Excellent reception, all many educated"
Hotel Dunas Vila Cumbuco ★★★
"The hotel was very clean and the staff very helpful. The location, although close to the center (5 min walk), is in a secluded area and at night it seemed a little unsafe. But everything went well. The breakfast is simple, but it was sufficient for us. The room has a very nice hot tub."
Ibis Caucaia Porto do Pecém ★★★
"I was going from Fortezza to Cruz/Praia about 16:00 and I called at the reception to ask how long the buffet was served. The answer was 20:30. I stopped there at 16:30 and had no more lunch. Part of the cardapio lanches missed. The meal-white sandwich is curiosous, it comes out of the Australian bread but it has a little taste of anything. The juices of the cotton are well made, it is worth proving caju and goiaba. I stood there to eat, but you have the convenience store in front."
Duro Beach Hotel ★★★
"Duro Beach is very well located and it is very nice but it has very bad service. The owners don't care about service and about having their clients happy. I made some complaints about service but the owners just told me that I had had bad luck!!! Amazing answer!"
Pousada Sunrise Beach ★★★
Hotel Villa Roma Beach Cumbuco ★★

Pousada Paraíso do Vento
"A few decades from Combuco beach, this really nice hostel is located, carefully decorated and rich in small local crafts, some also for sale at the adjacent store. The rooms are very well furnished and with every comfort. This service is very kind. You can relax in the pool or on the stick hang out of your balcony by reading a book and swallowing a drink. Prepare a tapioca with your favorite full, that is, if Combuco is among your destinations, you will not disappoint your expectations."
Pousada Brasil Cumbuco
Windtown Beach Hotel
"I stayed at Windtown Beach Hotel and what stood out most was how well everything is balanced. The hotel itself is calm, green, and very comfortable, with a relaxed atmosphere that never feels busy or chaotic. At the same time, you’re right in the heart of Cumbuco’s kitesurf scene. It’s easy to meet other riders, share sessions, and organize downwinders, and then come back to the hotel to relax by the pool or unwind in the garden. The location works really well: close to restaurants, shops, and bars, but still quiet enough to properly rest. Getting to and from the airport is straightforward, and it’s reassuring to know that medical facilities are nearby as well. A great choice for longer stays if you want reliable wind, a strong kite community, and a hotel that stays peaceful even during the busy season."
Pousada Meeting Point & KiteSchool
"I’ve been to Cumbuco several times over the past year and I keep coming back to Meeting Point Posada, both for kite lessons and accommodation. From the moment I arrived the staff made me feel like part of a family instead of just another guest. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and clean. Quite nice for an extended stay like I usually do. Breakfast included, and this is where things really shine here. Although basic, it’s a satisfying breakfast with enough choices for anyone. It’s also a great place to meet and converse with staff and the other guests. The location is fantastic, close enough to the beach, the kite scene, and town that everything is an easy walk, and yet it’s far enough away that its nice an quiet making it ideal for relaxing after a full day on the water. I came primarily for kitesurfing lessons, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The instructors were patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping me improve. I made more progress here than I expected, from improving my transitions to beginning toeside riding, and every session was challenging, safe, and a lot of fun. What really sets Meeting Point apart, though, is the people. Traveling alone can sometimes feel isolating, but that was never the case here. Beginning with Nadia and Anita coordinating things at the posada and the Kiteschool, Cynthia organizing breakfasts, Ivana, Tute, Ina, and Paolo working on the water with students. The Staff are fantastic. Whether it was chatting over breakfast, talking with the staff after a session, or simply relaxing around the posada, there was always a sense of community. It was easy to meet other travelers while still having plenty of space to enjoy some quiet time. If you're thinking about coming to Cumbuco on your own, don't hesitate. Meeting Point Posada is a wonderful home base, especially if you're here to kite. I'll definitely be back."
Pousada Brasita
Hotel Pousada Beleza das Ondas
"The hotel is very comfortable and has a very well-educated staff. We have not been able to ask for help because we had no more service at the hostel this time, we had to buy insecticides and naphthalines to threaten the situation. The quality of the bathroom towels leaves a lot to be desired. Furthermore, it is worth noting that the hotel does not exchange towels every day. A R$5.00 fee is charged. That is very bad, because we are on the beach and we use towels very much. Tbm does not offer towels for use in the pool. It is highlighted that we made a towel exchange and did not charge. The receptionist gave the courtesy because we didn't take breakfast last day. The beach in front is not good for bathing, only for walking. Even with these points of improvement, the hostel is a cool, I believe it is one of the best options in Cumbuco."
