Good hotel, but service needs improvement
The hotel is nice and the room too. Service should be better, specially at checkin which was a bit slow and co fussing about the parking space (included for free if there are spaces available)

Excelente lugar, es amplio y acogedor el personal atiende muy bien sin duda es una excelente opción para quedarse en esta ciudad y el restaurant de el hotel es bueno con porciones grandes y buena comida muy buena opción para cenar o almorzar dentro del hotel.

Funktionales Hotel mit gutem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Die Lage ist recht gut, wenngleich in einer nicht so schönen Umgebung. Aber man erreicht von hier aus innerhalb von 20 Gehminuten das sehenswerte nationale Eisenbahnmuseum (mit Präsidentenzug), den Markt und zu einem Einkaufszentrum (Portal Temuco: alles was man aus Euroa auch kennt). Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist prima, was aber zulasten des Ambientes geht. Gemütlich oder schön geht anders.

Gran disposición al buen servicio de los colaboradores. Cuando hay mucho volumen de huéspedes pierden el valor de los detalles. Cenando pedí una sopa en el restaurant. Buscaba una en especial y la pedí muy caliente. Llegó otra y tibia... Si bien el hotel es cómodo, una lluvia leve hacia que las terminaciones junto a las ventanas sonaran constantemente .

Mala experiencia
La ducha se tapo, la cama sonaba, me cobraron un cargo extra de impuestos, estaba usando la piscina y nos apagaron la luz, en el desayuno debíamos salir temprano y no tenían vasos desechables para llevar café, una pesima experiencia
