Dirty. Una is a sweet old lady but she doesnt clean. Con webs and bugs in bedroom and bath. Orange juice was fizzy (fermenting) in the container. Owner Una very nice and I hate to have to write a bad review but MY LORD he place needs cleaning. Peeling paint and grime. Not a place we will ever return to. There is a 4 Star hotel 1/6 mile away with full restaurant and bar. Really nice.

House was built in the 1800s and has been modernized for a BB. Una is a great host - making sure we were taken care of - lots of tea / coffee / cookies. Breakfast was a true full Irish with everything and all cooked by Una. The setting around the farmhouse is beautiful with the river running by and the stone bridge.
