Great experience, the beautiful ladies and handsome guys at the front desk are enthusiastic, considerate and attentive. They will patiently explain even if the language is poor. There is also a free trial of the small concert hall.

The staff is extremely friendly! Even our dog was warmly welcomed. Breakfast is plentiful, and the evening meals are simple but quite tasty. One drawback goes to the city of Locarno: unfortunately, it's not dog-friendly. It has a lot of asphalt, which can lead to burns. Most green spaces are off-limits to dogs.

Poor value for money compared to hotels. Good breakfast, very clean, convenient location next to bus stop and walking distance to center. Although rooms with a balcony were available, we didn't get one; many beautiful pictures on the website, then the sparse rooms are filled. Very long waiting times at check-in, sometimes quite unfriendly; they already know the problem with the beautiful pictures and the reality there very well and immediately react dismissively.
