Trip.com books through a third party. I had a real problem with my booking once I tried to check in. I prepaid on line, but on check out day they wouldn’t let me leave until I paid again.

Perfect for family relaxation. Amazing beach. The guest service office was very helpful. A lot of food choices. We had a great vacation.

This resort is located 15 min from the airport. We stayed in the level section and our experience was everything we needed. The food was great with an abundance of selection. The rooms were clean and mini fridge stocked daily. The staff are wonderful and treated you well. Lots of repeat guests to this resort, we met many. We enjoyed all the al a carte restaurants which were very good! The only complaint we had was other travellers saving spaces at the pool with towels and at the beach. The lady even tried to claim the palapa at the beach h as I was standing in front of it ready to place my towel. I did hear her say at the pool, I will reserve just in case. There are lots of places to sit, don’t be selfish! The beach is beautiful, for the first three days lots of seaweed lying on beach, we had heard the tractor was broken, the seaweed was from storms in the ocean coming in, not typical. The rest of the days the beach was pristine and beautiful! Remember, the resorts don’t control the ocean. The only complaint we had was that we paid for extra leg room seats on the plane returning home and did not get due to errors. We noticed once we got to VIP, there was nothing we could do. This is a reminder check your seats at the check in counter!! Beautiful resort, we would return again!
