The hotel is about a 20-minute drive from Mactan airport. Right next to the hotel is the My Bus terminal, which is very convenient for travelers catching an early bus the next morning. The breakfast selection is not very extensive, and the taste is average. There is a 7-11 and an ATM right at the hotel entrance, which is very convenient.

This hotel is always my lay over spot everytime I travel and connecting in cebu area as its very convenient close to mall bus station and port area. The place is clean, getting busier but service is alright, the bed is firm. and heavy blanket, soft pillow spacious and hot water provided, coffee and kittle is also provided. The only downside is the breakfast selection is very greasy and limited option, need to improve quality rather than quantity. Safe is also in the room good and quiet AC.

The location is perfect, just across SM City Cebu. The room was spacious and came with a complimentary buffet breakfast. We were also able to park our car for free on the 3rd floor, which was very convenient.

Our experience at this hotel was exceptional from start to finish. The check-in process was seamless, and the front desk team was warm, attentive, and full of helpful recommendations. The room was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, with a comfortable bed and a tranquil atmosphere that made it easy to unwind after a day of exploring. We particularly appreciated the high-quality amenities, including a well-equipped gym and a relaxing lounge area. Breakfast offered a wide variety of tasty options, from fresh fruit and yogurt to hot dishes, all served in a bright, inviting space. The location was outstanding—close to major attractions, restaurants, and convenient transport links. The value for the price was excellent, and the level of service made us feel genuinely cared for. We would gladly stay here again on our next trip.

The only thing positive about the hotel was the location. The room was dirty and so outdated. The linen was so old that it was going grey, and there were stains on the duvet, pillows, and sheets. We asked them to change the linen on the first day but when we got back it had not been done so we had to call and request again for it to be done - and to our surprise, it was almost as bad as the first lot. The next issue was the lack of hot water - they sent someone to check, and he responded that it was as hot as it gets - they need to change the hot description to say only lukewarm water avaliable. On the topic of bathrooms, it was not clean, there was mould in the shower and water stains on the shower doors and who knows when last the shower head was actually cleaned. The fridge was dirty and hardly worked. Then, in the bedrooms, they put rubber protectors on the corner of the wall, and they were once white but are now stained brown. Great to offer a safe but no batteries so was useless. Breakfast was okay, but nothing was hot and when things ran out, they would take a long time to replenish the food. Needless to say, we we not be returning to this hotel again.
