We stayed in this hotel for one night, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. The hotel is old, and everything inside the room reflects its age—from the outdated design to the furniture and fixtures that smelled musty. What made it worse was the first room we were given. It had not been cleaned at all—it was filthy, with trash and items scattered everywhere. We were shocked to walk into such a mess, as it was our first time encountering this in any hotel. While the staff moved us to another room, the experience left a bad impression. To add to the discomfort, the shower heater didn’t work, making it difficult to enjoy a proper shower. Overall, the experience was far from satisfactory. We cannot recommend this hotel and will not be staying here again.

Located along the highway and is close to Cebu IT Park and Waterfront Cebu City Hotel and ******. I booked here since I attended a concert at Waterfront with my siblngs. I hope the owners renovates this hotel because the rooms are old. The shower is not working. The shower heads are not cleaned. They have a pail and a dipper inside the bathroom. There is no bidet. Aircon worked well and the beds are OK but nothing special. The restaurant/cafe on the ground floor serves good Filipino food but the staff needs training. Too many of them lingering inside the restaurant, standing and just chatting. Check-in was quick though. Check-in time was 2 p.m. I arrived at 12:45 and the front desk personnel gave me the key after I filled out forms. No security deposit required. Will I book this again? Maybe not. For the price, newer hotels in the area offer better amenities.

The bedsheets are worn out and looks dirty. The comfort rooms are not well maintained and the rooms need to be refurbished.

Surrounded with food chains, plaza and near to Ayala and IT Park

I booked this hotel as it was near IT Park. I liked that they have a ref inside. The beddings and towels are clean and smelled fresh. The place was clean, I just didn't like the pail and dipper as they looked like they haven't been cleaned. Shower was not working and no heater. They provide soap and shampoo. It would have been nice if they have an electric kettle in the room. They have a restaurant at the lobby, breakfast was good. Staff are hospitable.

Location is good. Receptionist are accommodating and helpful
