Fili Hotel at NUSTAR Cebu

Everything is awesome. From nice lobby to the rooms with toilets same like in Japan. This is my 2nd time staying at this hotel. Highly recommended. I will stay again soon.

You need to go through a security check before entering the hotel, which makes you feel very safe. The front desk staff were especially friendly and helpful, and any questions or issues were handled quickly. The room was clean and well-maintained. Both the sofa and the bed were very comfortable. There was also a JBL speaker in the living room, which was a really nice touch. I was especially happy to receive a complimentary room upgrade, and the room had a great view. One thing to note is that there seems to be a voltage issue with the hair dryer, so it couldn’t be used in the bathroom. The hand cream also smelled amazing and worked really well. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

very luxurious hotel in cebu with nice mall the service is outstanding as always in philippines the room was amazing

The staff were very friendly. The room for us wasn’t ready so we were also offered complimentary late checkout for the delay.

One of the best hotels I have stayed in! It was extremely clean, staff was helpful and friendly and the rooms were just amazing! The rooms were very spacious and kept in a great condition. The food was also great and other services like the spa and massage was definitely worth it.

Although I checked in quite late and was unable to experience all of the services, I was still very satisfied with my stay. All of the staff were incredibly considerate, but what impressed me the most was how they always greeted and assisted guests with a genuine smile. They did their best to accommodate every request, so I honestly found it difficult to have anything to complain about. Perhaps because the weather wasn’t ideal, I felt that the hotel’s exterior had a much stronger visual impact than the view from inside the room.
