Whenever im in cebu city i always stay @ red planet hotel bcoz it’s just near to ayala mall, walking distance & the location is accesible to banks & other establishments. Hotel staff are friendly

The location is very good in the center of Cebu city. The rooms are decent. The staff are courteous and helpful. They do not have a restaurant though. Overall, a good experience.

The best part about this hotel is the location, across from the big mall and supermarket, but I cannot recommend staying here because the rooms are extremely noisy from the outside traffic and the entire room is full of mold because of the humidity. The window does not open and there is no ventilation, and every day, the room and my bags and clothes were wet because there was no proper ventilation. And you can see mold growing on the walls. Not a good experience 😭

The location is good. The ground floor is the parking area with a small entrance to the elevators. The actual lobby is on the 2nd floor but the entrance on the street always has at least one guard if you need assistance. The street level not being the lobby also makes space for an on site 7 Eleven, which is convenient.
The Christmas tree decoration on the window in the photo highlights 'Metro'- this is the department store entrance to the Ayala mall, obviously walking distance. Even closer, on the ground floor of the tower on the right is a handy Starbucks.

Prompt, straightforward service. It would indeed be nice to have drinking water dispenser at every floor. And a kettle and a couple of cups for coffee or tea.

The hotel is in an excellent location opposite Ayala Mall where shopping and restaurants are readily available. The room was comfortable and toilet were very clean . The staff were very friendly and helpful
