I love this hotels lobby and breakfast the best many food choices. Only the rooms toilet it’s still old no bedit. And need to call the plumber to properly flush it. I do hope they could change the toilet coz I love staying at this hotel. There’s Agwa bar and walking distance to IT park.

We booked the room specifically for the Sinulog 2025 celebration. Waterfront is really “at the center of it all”. The service was superb! We enjoyed our stay and we had yummy breakfast!

Did not feel welcome at all, someone searched my bags prior entering the hotel, check in made me feel unwelcome as well, a big smile but asking for deposit and bombarding me with a ton of rules, room was noisy and not clean, lots of dust, even some potato chips on the furniture... Location is good though and there is a ******, but that's it, overpriced.

We enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was good. We had problem with the entrance when we arrive. The second entrance was closed so we had to drive to the first entrance which is far. But overall experience it was okay.
