The unfriendly manners of the staff spoiled the stay. The life guard spent most of the day cleaning his shoes, playing on his phone, and eating with Filipino customers. He told me as a foreigner that I'm not allowed to drink by the pool, whilst he let Filipino teenagers do somersaults, wear clothes not allowed according to the rules, kids run, and break rules, like mentioned. The restaurant was open for Filipino customers, but when I asked for food... they said the kitchen is closed. The reception staff were rude. The room was never cleaned or fresh towels or toiletries supplied. The whole place was a disgusting experience. I wouldn't ask Satan himself to stay there.
