I booked a room in the evening and arrived like an hour later. The room wasn’t ready, there were no clean towels in the room, no drinking water. They gave it all later, but still… The room itself is nice and big.

It was a very pleasant stay. Rooms are really clean. It has a kitchen and comfy couch where you can relax watching netflix in the evening. Just behind Gaisano Country Mall so all you need can be bought there. Very courteous staff. Definitely reccommend this hotel.
