The overall services of the hotel is great. The room is clean and well maintained. I like there are towel bars to hang the hand towels. The AC is very cold even adjusting the temp controls doesn’t really help. Overall I will still recommend this hotel as it is also walking distance to Ayala Mall. Getting taxi and Grab are easy for this location.

I had a very unpleasant experience for two days because of the staff's lack of service spirit. We arrived at the hotel at 12:30, presented our passports at the front desk, and completed the procedure. At that time, I asked if I could check into the room earlier because I am an IHG Platinum member, but I was told that early check-in was not possible because I did not make a reservation through the IHG website, and that it would be the usual time of 3:00 pm. It was disappointing, but I understood. However, the female staff's attitude was very businesslike, and it was disappointing that there was no sign of welcoming guests at all. The problem was after that. After killing time, we returned to the hotel at 3:15 pm and went to the front desk to get our room key, and the female staff member named Marie told us to hand over our passports, and when I said that the procedure was already completed, she told us to hand over our passports in a strong tone. We were very angry. However, since we are not good at English, we had no choice but to take our passports. Then, they said that the room had not been cleaned and that we should wait a few minutes. We waited for 10 minutes, but they said nothing, so we went back to ask again and were told to wait a few minutes again. However, my friend who checked in after me was able to enter the room first. I said that they should have swapped the room for someone who hadn't checked in, but they didn't do anything and I ended up waiting about 30 minutes. I was very dissatisfied, but I didn't complain. The next day, when I went out and returned to the room, the door wouldn't open. My friend had the same problem. I did make a reservation for two nights in two separate trips, but Marie made a room key for only one day, even though I told her I was staying for two days when I checked in. Her attitude was very arrogant, she had a bad personality, and she had no service spirit. She is not the kind of person to be at the front desk. I am 54 years old and stay in hotels more than 100 days a year, but this is the first time in my life that I have met a hotel staff member who has such a bad attitude. If you want to refute my review, I would like my friend to post it too. The cleanliness and location are actually 4-5 points, but I gave them all 1 point because the female staff at the front desk had a bad attitude. This hotel is for people who don't mind bad service.

We stayed for 4 nights and were happy with the room, breakfast, staff, room service en general service the hotel provides. The only thing we think they can improve on, will be the gym. It was too hot inside and the temperature can not be changed. The equipment can also be more, since 2 treadmills are not enough for the size of the hotel. It happened one morning that my wife and I could not jog because there was someone else on the treadmill. If they had more equipment, it would have been possible. Still, generally we enjoyed our stay and we will return when we are in Cebu again.

Most is excellent  Great location near Ayala mall.  Except the extremely noisy aircon in the guest rooms .  Poor choice of aircon system - Probably can’t be changed and downgrades the entire  Experience - annoying

Location: in the city center of cebu, very close to Ayala center a major shopping mall, very safe location Staff: Super friendly and helpful Room: Spacious with lots of racks for clothing and personal items. Very clean Breakfast buffett was delicious! Highly recommend if you are spending a few days in Cebu city

Very comfortable and warm room. Plenty of electric sockets to charge my devices and work with my laptop. Great TV and really excellent hot shower, so easy to use. Friendly staff and fantastic breakfasts.
