Hotel Posta
"We stayed one night in the Love suite with balcony. The balcony had not seen the cleaningstaff for a while, dirty table n chairs. A/C working good, very minimal Breakfast. Good location close to Train and restaurants in this very quite town."
Relais San Baio
"For our wedding anniversary and my birthday we chosed Tuscany, a place we've dreamt visiting. But Lorenzo, the owner of this business, made sure our joy and celebrations were ruined before even reaching Italy. I made a booking enquiry via email but didn't receive all emails. After I noticed there was no email reply, I called the resort from my mobile number several times and I was told someone will call me back. No calls back. I decided to pay for accommodation online amd wrote an email where I expressed my disappointment- and the allegations started one after another. I was called "rude", a "liar", I was asked to apologise and finally the owner CANCELLED our booking, o location chosed by my wife. In his emails, Lorenzo said he called me on WhatsApp. I don't have WhatsApp installed on my phone. What type of business is it not to afford to call as I called? And even if I had WhatsApp installed, how you call.back a customer on WhatsApp?? The core of all this was because the owner didn't believe me I don’t use WhatsApp. He even said "Don't try to offend my intelligence as you have whatsapp on your number". I only received 1 email reply, but not the rest. Maybe there was a error in their system, I don't know. When I said to him I will share my experience on TripAdvisor, he stated: "Sharing this experience will demonstrate to the people who will read, only how pushy and rude you have been". I don't know why a stranger is calling me rude when I expressed my disappointment that I've been ignored and pushy for what? That I've paid €480 to celebrate my family's events? This behaviour coming from the owner of the resort is unacceptable in the hotel industry. He has no knowledge about "customer care", nor how to respect someone who is willing to pay a lot of money for our stay. Stay away from this type of business conduct."

Villa Mandrioli
Borgo Guglielmo
"It is the second year I spend my holidays at the building, we found ourselves very good, not far from the sea, reachable in the car. The hotel has a very large parking.Mini clean apartments, a warm, clean pool, friendly and prepared staff."
Vintage Hotel Tornese - Business & Events
"recently attended a conference, being held in the hotel. the conference was for 1 day, but due to the location, so close to the centre of town, the beach and the abundance of restaurants, bars, emwhixh catered fir tourists and locals alike I extended my trip to 4 days. great service from all of the staff, polite, who took the time, to locate a miss placed item, Pisa airport 50mins away by car. easy access to the transport routes my stay was topped by a local street market. on Sunday 29th September, the room price is good meals, excellent. though for a Brit, it came as a shock that the scrambled eggs were always served cold. overall that was the negative point. but for a 3star hotel..it holds ut own I would definately book again. so yep 5 stars for me. Kevin"
Cecina Mare
"The accommodation itself was as booked and expected. However, what was missing was the least. No coffee maker, just a small moka pot, no toaster, chopping board, just small drinking glasses, no tea towel or washing-up liquid. We had that with us, it wasn'"
Hotel Massimo
"Great stay! Nice team and very clean. Close to the water with bikes to ride around through the amazing trees. The team helped us get our Tesla charging which was greatly appreciated. Would highly recommend staying here. Here are some more words to reach the minimum of 200 which is a weird thing to require for a review."
HG Hotel Il Settebello
"Not our best experience but Claudio the server provided us with exceptional service! Very kind and caring man who deserves the best!"

"We arrived late due to traffic jams but the owners were kind enough to wait for us. Friendly welcome with bottle of wine. Owners were available for questions and very friendly. The cottage has everything needed. Neat, only shower head was very dirty. Wifi"
Riviera 8
"Great apartment for holidays with the dog. Unfortunately, the weather in April/May was not very nice but rather cool, but otherwise the apartment was cozy, clean and well furnished. For cold temperatures it has an air conditioning that you can also heat now"
