Booking was easy. The stay was great! Brand new home so everything was squeaky clean. Communication leading up didn't occur until 24 hours out, which is acceptable, but would have liked a bit earlier. Would stay again.

We didn't go on our trip bc of the last minute VRBO cancellation.

Somewhat disappointing
Some towels and bathroom rugs were wet. Dishwasher was not unloaded. Some dishes in cupboard were dirty.
No plastic wrap or aluminum foil. Kitchen supplies limited.
Toiletries were limited.
No instructions for vacating unit.

The property was nice but not as clean as normal. It’s a new build so maybe debris is coming through the vents but the stairs were dirty. When I lifted the bedspread there was a couple pieces of plaster type debris in the bed. Other than that- a very nice place to stay- beds were comfortable and having 3 bathrooms was nice.
