Cesme and this specific location has been on our holiday schedule for more than 40 years. From our chilhood, we have enjoyed spending time here and collecting unique memories. Swiss Resort is in full swing rigth now after a 3 year renovation. This new resort and its facilities are best in shape and offer an utmost relaxing holiday experience. Rooms are fairly large in size in comparison to others in similar otels. Amentinies are spotless, food quality is excellent. And staff is very attentive and doing their best to make our stay most enjoyable. We have very much enjoyed our stay and look forward to our next visit at the earliest. Recommend it higly and with no hesitation.

We had a wonderful experience! They have come up with customized sushi rolls for my wife who prefers vegetarian. Our little son wanted peanut butter banana and they somehow even made that happen. Sweet and sour chicken bowl was delicious. Burcu, the manager, is a wonderful host. The outside seating is really spectacular. Highly recommended!

It is excellent. We have two children and everything is perfect for them. Play ground is enough for them. Swimming pool and the beach is super. We had a good experience. The staff is very smiley and helpful. The room is very clean and very comfortable.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE even without going there! We have TWO rooms booked from 14 to 18 September and already paid over £2000. Because of the Iran–Israel war and the real fear of a second war breaking out, it is simply NOT SAFE for us to travel. We begged the hotel just to keep the money as CREDIT for another date — we didn’t even ask for a refund — and they still refused. This shows exactly what kind of place this is: they only care about TAKING MONEY and NOTHING about their customers. Other hotels in the same situation refunded or gave flexible options to my friends, but this one wants to EARN MONEY IN ANY CONDITION, no matter what. This trip was supposed to be so meaningful — introducing my fiancé from the UK to my parents from Iran, and even checking this hotel as a potential wedding venue. After this disgusting treatment, at least I already know: this is the WORST VENUE OPTION EVER. Shameful. Heartless. AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS.

Perfect location and ambiance close to the sandy beach and blue sea. Excellent breakfast buffet in fact the most comprehensive I have ever seen. That said, drinks and meals are ridiculously expensive when bought at the hotel! A cappuccino for 7 euros and a cheese cake for 18 euros is nothing else but a rip off! A real shame because to us this is casting a shadow on otherwise a great stay..

I stayed at Swissotel between Aug 28 and Sept 3, 2025 with my mother. I have stayed at this hotel probably 7 or 8 summers each time for a week when this hotel was a Sheraton. The beach and the sea are unbeatable. If you like shallow waters that hit this sweet spot between tepid and cool, this is the beach to be. Sheraton used to rely too much on the beach, and so does Swissotel. In fact, much to my disappointment, this hotel, although new and shiny, is a worse version of Sheraton. Let me be specific: 1. The hotel is not built to accommodate people who are actually at the hotel to swim. Neither the pool nor the beach area is built with actual swimmers in mind. The floor tiles all around the pool area are the most slippery you can imagine. And they are always wet... No one mops... There is no system for any of the pooled water to flow to... I believe the expectation is that the water will evaporate... Well, it does not. And people keep slipping, a lot. I have watched families with older family members and family members with various disabilities try to navigate the perilous skating rink that is the poolside. The spa isn't different. Incredibly slippery. At least at the spa, there is some effort to make it less perilous (a few mats on the floors between the pools), but the outside pool, they just don't care. 2. Actually, all the hotel seems to care about is that you consume as much as you can at the cafes and restaurants. And believe me, we have. We had 2 dinners and 3 lunches at the hotel, if not more. We had numerous drinks by the pool or after dinner... of course, they are extras. And that is ALL FINE. Again, the problem is that no one cares that you are there to swim. They said there were showers by the beach, I did not see them. If they exist, they are not easy to spot. I used the beach for 6 days. If you walk from your lounge chair by the pool area to the beach, you NEED to pass between tables of the two cafes. There is actually a narrow walkway; they could have left it unoccupied by cafe tables, but no, they put high and low tables there, too. Imagine that you are wet coming back from the sea to your lounge chair by the pool. The walk of shame, dripping water among people enjoying their meals, is uncomfortable. 3. When you ask a question, the staff are more interested in talking (and talking forever) than solving a problem. I was given a sheet of paper to sign at the reception at check-in. I asked what was written, as it was very small letters and kind of gray scale, and hard to read under the kind of lighting present. The young lady at the counter smiled and said, "Just take a picture, you can read it in the room if you wish, but for now you will need to sign it". I smiled back and said, "Why don't you go point by point and paraphrase it to me". She was shocked. There are numerous examples at the cafe, restaurant, and reception, where somehow the staff thinks giving any answer will suffice instead of finding a solution. I really am not
