I've stayed at this hotel many times and it was amazing. It was sold and about 3/4 years ago it's been very different and doesn't even look like a 4 star hotel. Little staff, although those that exist are friendly and helpful. Water in the indoor pool cloudy and quite cold, the SPA area without staff, very, very poor breakfast that does not correspond to a 4 star hotel. I loved it when it was the Celorico Palace Hotel but the quality went down a lot when it was sold to the Flag Hotels group, it just didn't drop the price, quite the contrary.

The hotel charged 156 Euros for one room. When we arrived the room was not clean. The toilet was dirty from the people before. The shower was broken. The mini fridge was broken and we had to put our things in the hotel fridge. The receptionist said that they would be able to fix it the follow day but no one got back to us. The spa was absolutely filthy. Please see photos. I have contacted Flag World hotels and they have not responded to my complaints. We stayed for two days and it was really disappointing and a waste of money. This hotel is not four star.

I bought the odyssey voucher to spend a weekend with my girlfriend. This hotel was a surprise for having certain very good conditions such as indoor pool sauna air conditioning a beautiful view and close to supermarkets and river beach etc... But on the other hand breakfast I would venture to say that it was ridiculous. We set at 10 am to have breakfast and when we got there there was almost nothing, and what little there was like fruit and cereal leftovers were smeared by the heat, in addition there was only a pitcher of water, the cakes were clearly frozen and of poor quality. orange juice was a powder with water and when I was in the restaurant there was no bread. The employee didn't even give us a good morning, she just asked us for the room number and turned her back in a hilarious moment. We booked this hotel especially because of the swimming pool, which is our surprise when they inform me that I have to make an appointment as no more than 12 people can be in the place and I would only be entitled to be an hour and a half (Friday and weekend only one hour) . The hotel is beautiful, with modern decor and located in a quiet place. The staff were friendly q.b. We only stayed one night, but we always had to shower with practically cold water, because (from what we were told) there was a problem with the pump, and they were going to fix it. It wasn't resolved until we left. Also the pool water was a little colder than desired. Finally, as we had breakfast at 10:30 am (the last available hour at the time) I felt that we had little choice and only leftovers. I had to go around asking for basic foods like milk and bread. I didn't realize if these were one-off events or if it's already common. In the end, the clerk could have asked if we enjoyed our stay. I was the one who had to communicate what went wrong. And it would have been nice not to charge us for the two drinks we consumed from the mini bar, for example, to compensate us for the mishaps. In my opinion it would have been fine, and I might consider returning to give the hotel a second chance.

Hotel 4. Stars that does not match. Spa with freezing water temperature, impossible to enter the jacuzzi due to the low temperature. I consider it unacceptable, I've been to several other places where the temperature varied and sometimes it was colder but never like the one I found here. At reception they said there was nothing they could do. I do not recommend and will never go back.

Too bad to be true….
