Solea Dolomiti Boutique Hotel

the dinner menus are trying to be creative, but ingredients are all over the place lacking certain harmony.

My husband and I spent a week at Solea Dolomiti in June and four weeks later we are still talking about it and planning a return trip! Having been lucky enough to stay at hundreds of hotels all over the world we can honestly say Solea Dolomiti is up there with the very best. The hotel itself is perfection-stylish but comfortable, elegant but cosy and immaculately clean. We stayed in room 2001, the spa suite, which is probably the best hotel room we have ever stayed in. If you can book this room, you must! The ambience and atmosphere at Solea is perfection. Our stay was so relaxing and although we did some lovely walks and days out-the nearby scenery is stunning-what we really loved was spending time in the hotel, relaxing, having treatments and making the most of the pool and saunas, The luxury all-inclusive exceeded both our expectations (especially the cocktails!) and the team went above and beyond to accommodate me as a vegan. Finally, we can’t say enough good things about yhe incredible staff. Every one of them is a credit to Solea Dolomiti, making you feel pampered and cared for, without it being too much. A special mention must be made for therapist Thea. I booked a Californian massage and facial with her and both were incredible. Counting down the days until we return 🥰

We had an amazing experience at Solea Dolomiti. It’s an all-inclusive concept, which means meals, drinks, wines, and even cocktails are all included and that kind of setup really allows you to fully relax. Nothing to worry about, just time to enjoy the beautiful area, sauna, swim, tan, and enjoy in the delicious menu (vegetarian options available on request, which were great!). We left feeling rested, well taken care of, and would absolutely recommend this place if you’re looking for a peaceful mountain escape with everything covered.

This hotel is absolutely amazing. The highlight being the 5 course dinner every evening made even better by phenomenal staff that were so friendly and welcoming. The spa was lovely, the outdoor pool being my personal highlight. I would 100% recommend staying here I just couldn’t fault it.

Where do I start with this wonderful place? Firstly, I will say that I highly recommend Solea Spa and Hotel! Other than that, let's start with the food!! Exquisite dishes, fantastic variety and the quality of ingredients made every single meal into a delight. When I say "every single meal", I mean from breakfast, to lunch, to afternoon snacks, to dinner, and sometimes after dinner! There is plenty on offer... and it's all amazing! Waiting staff are always on hand to give you anything you need. Then, there is the accommodation and shared areas to talk about. The rooms have a lovely style, our room had a jacuzzi and a sauna and everything was clean and perfect. Everything you may need is in the room, but why stay in the room when you have the beautiful shared areas and surroundings of the mountains! Beautiful views from the terrace/balcony, we arrived in summertime and the gardens were immaculate, with nicely spaced out sun loungers, which made it feel private. The spa and pool has a wide variety, and is perfectly clean all of the time, with enough treatments to mean that something is always available. We did enjoy a massage too, and it was very lovely. So, all in all, Solea Spa is amazing.... There is only one thing that is better than all of these great facilities and food, and that is the staff!!! Every single person was so kind and helpful, adjusting things if we wanted some changes, or going above and beyond if we needed help... We got to know quite a few of the members of staff and felt that they really wanted us to have a good time. Without the staff, this would be an empty (albeit very stylish) building, and it is all of the team members who made our stay enjoyable and memorable. We will definitely come back to Solea and Fai della Paganella!!

Our stay was relaxing, we enjoyed the hotel, the spa, and the food. All the staff was nice and professional. We can't wait to go back!
