The staff is all fantastic but special credit to the owner Debora Hofer. She really does everything to satisfy the client. The breakfast was full of quality varieties especially of sweet ones and the buffet was always full. The dinner had no many choices as a 3 plates menu, but it was undoubtedly of big quality thanks to the pater famiglia chef. But we could order some hours ago what we liked and it was fabulous. I ordered a big pizza the firtst time and lasagne(pasticio) the second time, food out of menu and it was available for me in time. There was a salat buffet too full of green varieties. As the check out was very early in the morning the chef had prepared for us the breakfast in package. Really super. Wellness fantastic from sauna to the relax room, everything very clean. I have experienced one special jaccuzi though out in the yard. The rooms are served every day and are very cosy and always clean. The most of them with balcons with a nice view to the surrounding mountains and very good wifi. If you have no car there is a very good transportation with busses and it is free of charge with the trentino guest card which is delivered free by the hotel. It was all extra good in the 4 nights (17.2 - 21.2) i stayed in this gorgious hotel

Highly recommended. The Trentino region is hard to go wrong with as a travel destination. Montesover is a small, very quiet town close to many places to visit. The hotel, what can I say... clean, tidy, my room was excellent, perhaps the only element that disturbs the excellent rating is the view from the balcony which is poor due to the presence of other nearby buildings, but there are other rooms with fabulous views and in any case it doesn't matter because you just have to move around the common areas or outside or in the garden to admire the surrounding area. The Wellness small, clean, tidy, for me more than enough. The cuisine was excellent, there was nothing negative, the staff was very kind, very friendly and very hospitable, from Mrs. Debora to her family including the dining room staff. So, what can I say? Exceptional, a beautiful holiday to repeat.

Hotel located in a wonderful spot and excellent position to reach different towns and go on excursions. Very kind and helpful staff for any request. Excellent high quality food. New Year's Eve dinner with many courses and excellent food including entertainment until 2 am very nice. We had a really good time we will definitely return.

We stayed here three nights in the suite and we had a great time, everything is super from the welcome when we arrived to the food and the attention we received. The hotel is very clean and as soon as you enter the elevator you are enveloped in a sweet citrus scent, ideal for families since there is also a games room. I recommend it!

A beautiful hotel in the heart of Trentino, half an hour from Trento & Bolzano, 20 minutes from one of the largest ski areas (facing Northwest so always with snow) Comfort, education and precision are the order of the day. Special mention goes to the cuisine, alone would be worth the cost of the stay, chapeau. You feel pampered from the first to the last moment, well done everyone!
