Is the perfect hotel,food is great,everyone is smiling,And animation team was really nice we had so much fun 👌👌👌,they have good pool and bar,And also they have a little aqua park and it is really nice.For families it’s perfect,Amazing times

If You have not yet book a vacation in that allegely 5 star hotel - Please don't. Staff does everything not because they like their job or at least pretend to, no they are slow, have their own things to do on their phones etc. Food - shi*t, when the best thing to eat is pancake or baked potatoes than it is all I am gonna say. Trash everywhere, by the pools, on the beach, staff cleans it once a day when they want to. Cigarettes are allowed almost everywhere, for non smoker bad thing. Drinks and beverages - worst coffee on the planet Earth, drinks from local unknown spirits, if You want rum please look because they will fill Your drink with vodka, nobady cares, %=% Overal, don't please don't. I have and never will come back. There are many 3-4 stars with better standard.

We have just returned from a week at this hotel and were very disappointed, the pool and room were ok although our room was right by the air conditioning units which made an awful noise, night time entertainment was almost non existent we ended up most nights playing cards, staff in general were pretty good although struggled with English, food was very repetitive and was not aimed at English people at all, avoid the camel men who come in on the Turkish night as they push your kids on them and then wish them away for a ride and then demand 20 euros and get very aggressive when you refuse to pay, they were horrible and scared my 11 year old step daughter to tears.The gym was one of the worst I have ever been in to at a hotel with virtually every bit of equipment broken, I would definitely not go back there, as there is much better available!!

Terrible experience, poor service and extremely un helping staff, some of them quite rude, none of them speck English, they are trying to translate with their phones which it doesn’t help much, cos you might end up in a confusion like I did! I ask for an iron and I was told they don’t have one and give the items to the cleaning lady “it’s included”, she said!When we checked out I was informed I have to pay for laundry, no receipt, nothing! It cost me 80€ to have iron 8 t-shirts! The food it’s so basic, uninspired and most of the dishes they didn’t had a tag! Dry chicken breast on grill, uncooked eggs, burned fried meat, queuing for omelettes in the morning, no sea food, thin fish, table cloths where always dirty, cutlery dirty on table, we found some one else hair on a table, freshly “cleaned” and prepared for next people to sit down! The cocktails at the bar are more like a joke, mojito it’s made with lemons not lime, some syrup, 2 leafs of mint l and sparkling water 🙈! I asked for some lemon in the gin and the bar staff was so surprised, he didn’t know gin is served with lemon! The cleaning in the rooms it’s terrible, they replaced the towels, mop a bit and that’s it! After 3 days we asked for the bedsheets to be changed and a proper floor cleaning, because my hair was all over the floor! They never clean the shower or sink, luckily I’m always prepared for unexpected and I could do it myself! Not to mention it was mould in the bathroom, and everywhere in the hotel you could see finger prints on everything, very poorly maintained! The internet was working only in the lobby, we never had any internet in the room, at the pool or terrace! Overall was a very unpleasant experience and I will strongly recommend to avoid this place! Not a 5 stars standards at all!
