前台客服態度惡劣，手機沒電借個充電器不肯，叫我自己掃碼，我也不知道沒電的手機怎麼掃碼？一點服務意識都沒有，服務太差啦！

住過最差的酒店，走廊裏是黑的，燈不亮，走進房間打開了很小的吸頂燈，燈光暗黃，設施陳舊，衣櫥有一層隔板爛了半截，窗户隔音差，半夜樓下有人説話，聽的很清楚，很吵，房間裏還有蚊子，咬了好幾個包，打開燒水壺竟然還有半壺水，水都是渾濁的，瞬間噁心了，衞生間鏡子都是花的，根本看不清，這是有多少年沒擦過了，這樣的環境還敢在網上掛？請問商家您假如住這樣環境的酒店是什麼心情呢？
