As soon as you walk through the double doors of Panama Drive you will have a sense of feeling at home and excited about exploring all of the spaces in this fun grand house! The entryway invites you to a choice of gathering spaces for you and your family. The open concept will let you enjoy a larger or intimate gathering with 3 living spaces and a large kitchen fitted with all of your cooking desires accompanied by a family dining table that seats 10 comfortably. Upstairs you'll find your choice of four bedrooms, each with their own 55" TV internet ready for your streaming movie nights! There is a shared bathroom with a double vanity and separate toilet with a bathtub/shower. Two private queen quarters plus a private bunkroom with a queen over twin bunk bed will surely give you your privacy and comfort while staying. The primary suite has a king bed and an en-suite shower with changing area including a laundry chute that goes to your full laundry station on the main level! Downstairs you'll find the just remodeled game room plus a bunk bed sleeping quarters for your kiddos! The basement features a 3 twin bunk and a pull-out couch, along with a 75" TV, built in electric fireplace, reclining couch and a Pockey table! A Pockey table is a 3 table unit for air hockey, pool and ping pong! Some games and a dart board help the fun flowing when you're enjoying family time! Outside you'll find a fully fenced in large yard for your traveling fur buddies! Basketball hoop in driveway and the covered patio is a wonderful place to enjoy anytime in Colorado with a propane fire pit, seating area and grill/smoker. This allows for the home to be cooled & heated naturally through the water source which is a natural humidifier, something anyone can appreciate in the dry climate of CO! Easy to use and adjust to your temperature needs through the thermostat. *Please note- the swamp cooler runs from June to September ONLY. Please note as stated above this property does not have a standard A/C unit. It has a Swamp Cooler which helps cools the home, but the air is being pushed into the home through a vent from upstairs and water is pumped into the unit. This unit blows cold air into the home and windows must be cracked in order for this unit to work properly. Temperature in the home varies depending on the temperature outside. Convenient location with easy access to Highline Canal, stores and major highways. Well-equipped kitchen and large fenced in yard for your kids or pets. Communication with property management company was difficult.

The house was a perfect set up and fit for my family and extended family. Ample space, great equipped kitchen, wonderful backyard, fun basement with all the games for the kids, and quiet neighborhood with pool within walking distance. The property inside such as behind and under furniture and the outdoor patio could have been cleaned more thoroughly

This house was perfect for a week stay while visiting family. It is conveniently located near a great park, very spacious and had great amenities. Perfect for a family traveling with a pet.

Family friendly We had a wonderful stay, cute house. Slept well some instructions didn’t match up where things were to be. There was no garbage can in the garage and there was other garbage and empty beer cases. We just added our trash to it. And didn’t find the outside garbage for the street. Other tricky thing was on my receipt. I paid the Cleaning fee, but in the book it says to pay cleaning by Venmo,check QR code is in house didn’t find it not in house info book for the Cleaning staff before leaving but there wasn’t any scan QR says it’s in the house. That’s the only goofy thing. Host called in advance to inform us a repair person would be there.because she knew there’s gonna be service person Fixing the hot water tank which was very helpful and informative to know. Very spacious home, loved the game room. Thank you somebody was there when we arrived, it was great.
