Very nice hotel. The location is a bit weird but the hotel amenities make up for it. The view from the 36th floor was stunning

Smelling of the hotel is unbelievable. Smoking everywhere even in a no smoking room. Unbelievable, for someone don’t like smoke , you need to far away from this hotel

The breakfast offers a wide variety of choices, which is fantastic! The beds are comfortable, and the front desk staff are friendly. There's also luggage storage available, and the staff are very welcoming to guests.

The location is great, right next to a pedestrian street with plenty of food options. You can easily go for a stroll in your free time. There's a Western restaurant on the first floor, and many shopping malls just downstairs.

The staff are nice and supportive, room is clean and the gym is pretty nice but a lil hot, when you go out the hotel, the street is pretty busy, lots of vendors and stores locate outside of the hotel just a block away, the convenience store is close which is quite nice if you are looking for supplements at late night.

Had a really nice stay in the Yuan Garden. Very welcoming staff and the breakfast was amazing. We really looked forward to eating nasi for breakfast and it met our expectations.

stayed at Yuan Garden Pasar Baru Hotel during my trip to Jakarta and it turned out to be a really pleasant experience. The location is excellent—it’s right in Central Jakarta, so I could easily walk to Pasar Baru for some shopping and local food, and big landmarks like Istiqlal Mosque and the Cathedral were just a short ride away. Having the train station nearby was also convenient for exploring other parts of the city. The hotel itself feels modern and welcoming. My room was spacious, clean, and had all the basics I needed—comfortable bed, good air-conditioning, and a nice view of the city.

BE CAREFUL? AVOID AT ALL COST! THE STAFF stole my charger, after my check out. I am so disapointed of this, i traveled in Japan, China and South Korea, and this never happened to me. Just because of one person i will not recomand this hotel. It’s expensive and they they took my charger. I won’t change my review until they give it back to me or find a solution. I recomand you to go to a cheaper hotel so you are not disapointed.if you have to go please change to a more trustable hotel, and don’t let anything in your room. Sad that it’s happen in a hotel. I wanted to recomand this place at first but i cannot because of what happened to me.

Good location. Hotel was renovated, condition seems new. Life service is slow during peak hours. Breakfast selection is good.

Hotel is value for money. Breakfast spread is nice and nice. One thing need to improve is the lift - lift is slow and small. Often you need to wait upto 10min before you can get into lift - esp during peak hour.

Feedback on Hotel Room: Initially, the bathroom was very dirty & tap water handle broken. After complaining, I was moved to a smaller room with a tiny window & no view. After 2 more requests, I got a higher floor room with city view BUT the safe & fridge weren't working - took 2 days to fix 😒. Outside, lots of homeless people & beggars on the street - really sad to see. 😔 Breakfast was OK, staff were friendly 😊. Overall VERY disappointed. Wouldn't recommend this hotel. 🛑"

When I check in at 4.50pm indo time. Go to my room so many issue. My door Don need key card can go in. Safe box also not working. Waited for engineer to come take more than 2 hour still not resolve. But F&B service was good and food are reasonable. 2nd night I pay additional to upgrade my room but same safe box are not working too. This time I say is ok.. lucky the room are fine.

I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Jakarta. The famous Pasar Baru is just next door, making it extremely convenient. The area is surrounded by delicious local food such as bakso, soto, and bakmi.
