The receptionist service was friendly and fast. The room, however, was smaller compared to other Amaris hotels I've stayed at. The hot water in the bathroom was unstable, and the floor was very slippery, so you have to be careful after showering. Management should consider having staff scrub the bathroom floors occasionally. Breakfast was standard and matched the price. The location is convenient, close to Tanah Abang Market, Grand Indonesia (GI), Plaza Indonesia (PI), Monas, and Gambir. It's across from the Millennium Hotel Sirih. There are no restaurants nearby, so if you want dinner, you'll need to order GrabFood.

The location wasn't great. There was a lot of construction in the area, which made walking difficult. The food was just passable. There were no usable cafes or restaurants nearby.

Very satisfied. Staff are friendly and responsive. The room is clean and the air conditioning is cold. Breakfast is delicious with many options. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip. It's a safe place and close to Tanah Abang.
