Novotel Jakarta Cikini

The hotel offers excellent value for money. The service is top-notch, and the staff are wonderful. Everything in the room worked, and it had a street view. The only thing I didn't like was the stained carpet, but I wore slippers. Overall, everything was clean. The rooms are spacious, and so is the bathroom. The shower curtain closes, so you can't see into the bedroom. Breakfast is very diverse, with various cuisines represented, and there are even Indonesian healthy drinks. So, for someone who was sick and spent most of their time in the room, these drinks were a great help, and it was at least a small immersion into Indonesian culture. There's also a fridge in the room, but it only cools slightly – definitely not enough for dairy products or anything larger, just for some drinks.

Couldn't get any Wi-Fi signal in room 705. The staff tried hard to fix it but ultimately couldn't, so I wasn't able to use my laptop for internet, only my phone.

The hotel facilities are a bit old, but the breakfast offers a great variety, especially a full selection of local dishes. The service was also very good.

Excellent hotel! We came from Jakarta for The Weeknd's concert. The room has a very comfortable bed, which our child also slept on! I recommend it.

The breakfast selection is quite diverse and tastes good. Its location is a major advantage, making it easy to reach various areas in Central Jakarta. Overall, the stay was very satisfying. Recommended and a worthy choice for accommodation in the Cikini area.

It was pretty good, offered decent value for money, and was quite close to the zoo where you can see Komodo dragons.
