Strategic location, very close to famous places like Thamrin, Tanah Abang, etc. The hotel is very comfortable. The room is spacious, easy to open luggage if you've done a lot of shopping. Only the toilet is a bit old. But overall, it's okay. Nice stay.

Room very cosy and comfortable, im enjoy staying here. Breakfast also have many choices of food, all of that super delicious. The location also great, near to indomaret and have a fews restaurant around that. The staff very helpfull.

Friendly staff We arrived at almost midnight to check in, and it was quick. Hotel location is in the city. Picture is view from the hotel . Breakfast is good.

This hotel is a rip-off. Once you book, you can't cancel for any reason, even if you booked just two minutes ago. This is the first time I've encountered a hotel like this. Be careful, they are completely unreasonable, absolutely unreasonable.

I’ve stayed at all kinds of hotels before, budget hotels, luxury hotels, u name it. But this was the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Not to mention the amenities being so outdated, booked this hotel specifically for the bathtub but even the bathtub wasn’t working properly, it couldn’t fill up properly and the showers had terrible streams. The hygiene is the worst part. There was black mold in the bathroom, mold on the sofas, loads of dust and dirt under the beds. I only noticed everything after 2 days of staying here due to being out most of the time the first day, so I didn’t bother trying to get a refund. The hospitality and service were superb though, the staffs were great, only the roo was terrible. Never coming here again
