Service was overall good. I got things that I requested quite fast. However, the hotel room is a rather dated. A total refurbishment is required.

Best hotel in Jakarta,if i think how much I paid..big swimming pool,good sauna.good gym..super breakfast...hotel personal also was wonderful..i feel at my home..also cross to street was good and cheap restaurant...grab taxi to airport around 150.000 rupiah..i will come back this hotel for stay in Jakarta
