Excellent hotel location , near bus stop line nos.1 & 6A,6B ,and MRT station . Many shops & restaurants are available at this location . Room rates are reasonable with good buffet. Easy to call Grab or GOJEK to the hotel or airport.

I stayed only 1 night but I have to change room 3 times. Hotel staff first checked me in the room that does not have enough light as the room window is block by highwall of adjacent building. So the room was like at 6 pm at noon time with little lumina and air conditioner has no air flow. Then I requested a room change. Everything looked fine. I went out and come back at 10 pm. Air conditioner was broken. Waiting for fixing half an hour. After fixing, 10 minutes later, it shut down by itself. The hotel will help fixing but I requested room change. This time, a connecting room was assigned for me. After I get in the room for awhile, the connecting room customer knock the connecting door. I felt unsafe. So, I had to request room change again. I finally got my room 11.30 pm

My go to hotel. Service okay. Food was great. Walking distance to big malls and tanah abang.

The staff from from desk to doorman were all very friendly. Room was acceptable but night time noise from bikes can be heard especially late night as I’m a light sleeper. Breakfast was not to my taste and saw a roach crawling through the food counter so after 1st day of breakfast I stopped going although I stayed 3n

I’m considering my self as regular guess because every time I went to Jakarta this hotel always be my only choice base on strategic location & of course the hotel cleanliness. But this time I feel it would be great if they maintain the cleanliness. Upon enter the room I realise there’s some stain on the carpet and the towel looks dirty. And for the breakfast choice would be better if more varieties (more choice of western) since some of the guess is foreigners. And it would be better more amenities too. Thanks!
